Claims (13)
- 実験室用試験容器内の材料、特に感染性または化学的に攻撃的な材料を撹拌部材により混合し均質化するための装置であって、
実験室用試験容器の開口を密閉して気密性を確保するためのカバーが備えられており、
カバー内には、実験室用試験容器内に導入可能な材料の加工のために、上記撹拌部材が備えられていて、
撹拌部材が第一の切削エッジを備え、第一の切削エッジが、第二の切削エッジの直近に配置され、実験室用試験容器の長手軸の周りに回転し、
前記第二の切削エッジは、前記カバーの本体に一体に、又は、別の部品として連結して設けられることを特徴とする装置。 - 上記カバーが使い捨てカバーであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 上記カバーが、実験室用試験容器の対応する要素に対して補完的であるねじ式ロック若しくはスナップ式ロックを有していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 上記カバーが使い捨てカバーであり、及びそれが、実験室用試験容器の対応する要素に対して補完的であるねじ式ロック若しくはスナップ式ロックを有していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 上記実験室用試験容器が円筒状若しくは直方体状であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 上記実験室用試験容器がプラスチック若しくはガラスから構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 上記実験室用試験容器が円筒状若しくは直方体状であり、及び、上記実験室用試験容器がプラスチック若しくはガラスから構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 上記材料の加工が、材料を圧壊、混合及び均質化することを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 上記第一の切削エッジが、前記攪拌部材の半径方向の切削エッジ及び/又は前記攪拌部材の周方向の切削エッジを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 上記カバーが、実験室用試験容器の内部と外部との間の気密性を確保するための密閉リングを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記第一の切削エッジに供給される回転エネルギーが、外部から機械的内側六角形高速継ぎ手リング又はプラグ機械的接続部を介して供給されることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記第一の切削エッジに供給される回転エネルギーが、外部から無接触式磁気継ぎ手を介して供給され、上記第一の切削エッジが、外部から長手軸の周りに回転する電磁場により回転可能である棒磁石を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 熱伝導性の駆動軸を介して、熱エネルギーが実験室用試験容器内に導入可能であり、又は、これから外部に放出可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の装置。
