Abstract
【解決手段】一実施例に係る電池セルアセンブリーが提供される。上記アセンブリーは、第1外周エッジ(peripheral edge)から延びる多数の第1タブを有する第1フレーム部材を含む。多数の第1タブにおけるそれぞれのタブはその末端部に第1結合部を有する。上記アセンブリーは、第2外周エッジ内部に延びる多数のスロットを有する第2フレーム部材を含む。上記アセンブリーは、上記第1及び第2フレーム部材の間に位置する電池セルであって、多数の第1タブにおけるそれぞれのタブの第1結合部は第1及び第2フレーム部材を一緒に固定的に維持するために、第2フレーム部材の多数のスロットにおけるそれぞれのスロットを結合する構造で形成されている電池セルを含む。

本発明は、米国特許仮出願第61/325290号明細書に基づく優先権を主張し、上記仮出願は、その全体が本願に参照として組み入れられている。
特に、フレーム部材(24)は、四角いリング形状部、又は本体(250)と、タブ(252,254,256,258、260,262,264,266,268,270,272,274,276)と、を含んでいる。タブ(252,254,256,258,260,262,264,266,268,270,272,274,276)は、第1方向において、四角いリング形状部(250)の外周エッジ(290)から延びている。

Claims (7)
- 第1方向において、第1外周エッジから延びる多数の第1タブを有する第1フレーム部材であって、
前記多数の第1タブにおけるそれぞれのタブは前記タブを通じて延びる間隙を有して、空気がそれぞれの間隙(aperture)を通じて流動し、
該第1フレーム部材が、内部部位から延びると共に、前記第1外周エッジに隣接する末端部を有する多数の第1結合部材を更に含んでおり、
前記多数の第1結合部材におけるそれぞれの結合部材はそれぞれの結合部材に隣接して位置する前記多数の第1タブにおけるそれぞれのタブに対して全般的に垂直に延びる第1フレーム部材と、
第1方向において第2外周エッジから延びる多数の第2タブを有する第2フレーム部材であって、前記多数の第2タブにおけるそれぞれのタブが該タブを貫通して延びる間隙を有する第2フレーム部材と、
前記第1フレーム部材と前記第2フレーム部材との間に位置する電池セルであって、前記第2フレーム部材の前記多数の第2タブにおけるそれぞれのタブが前記第1フレーム部材及び前記第2フレーム部材を一緒に固定的に維持するために前記多数の第1結合部材におけるそれぞれの結合部材と結合する構造からなる電池セルと、
を含む電池セルアセンブリー。 - 前記第2フレーム部材は、該第2フレームの内部部位(inner region)から延びていると共に、前記第2外周エッジに隣接する末端部を有する多数の第2結合部材を更に含んでおり、
前記多数の第2結合部材におけるそれぞれの結合部材はそれぞれの結合部材に隣接して位置する前記多数の第2タブにおけるそれぞれのタブに対して全般的に垂直に延びていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池セルアセンブリー。 - 前記第1フレーム部材は、該第1フレーム部材の裏面から延びるスペーサー部(spacer portion)を更に含んでおり、
前記スペーサー部は、空気が前記第1フレーム部材によって形成された開放部(open region)の内部を貫通して流動することを可能にする多数のホールを形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池セルアセンブリー。 - 前記第2フレーム部材は、四角いリング形状部を有しており、
前記四角いリング形状部は、該四角いリング形状部の第1側面と第2側面にそれぞれ位置する前記多数の第2タブにおいて第1タブ及び第2タブを有すると共に、前記第1方向に延びており、
前記第1タブは、
互いに平行するように延びている第1下肢部及び第2下肢部(leg portion)と、
第1間隙が前記第1タブ内部に形成されるように前記第1下肢部と前記第2下肢部との間に位置する第1連結部(bridging portion)とを有しており、
前記第2タブは、
互いに平行するように延びている第3下肢部及び第4下肢部と、
第2間隙が前記第2タブ内部に形成されるように前記第3下肢部と前記第4下肢部との間に位置する第2連結部(bridging portion)とを有しており、
前記第2フレーム部材は、四角いリング形状部によって形成された開放部(open region)に沿って位置する第1クロス部材及び第2クロス部材( cross−member)を更に有しており、
前記第1クロス部材及び前記第2クロス部材は互いに平行していると共に互いに離間しており、
空気が前記第1間隙と、前記第1クロス部材及び前記第2クロス部材の間のキャップと、前記第2間隙とを通じて流動するように、前記第1クロス部材を通じて延びる中心線が前記第1下肢部及び前記第3下肢部を通じて延びる第1中心線及び第2中心線とそれぞれ同一平面(co−planar)に位置しており、前記第2クロス部材を通じて延びる中心線は前記第2下肢部及び前記第4下肢部を通過して延びる第2中心線及び第4中心線とそれぞれ同一平面にあることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電池セルアセンブリー。 - 第1方向において、外周エッジから延びる多数のタブを有する四角いリング形状部を備え、
前記多数のタブにおけるそれぞれのタブは、空気がそれぞれの間隙を通じて流動するように該タブを貫通して延びる間隙を有しており、
前記四角いリング形状部は、該四角いリング形状部の内部部位から延びる多数の結合部材と、外周エッジに隣接する末端部とを更に有しており、
前記多数の結合部材におけるそれぞれの結合部材は、それぞれの結合部材に隣接して位置する前記多数のタブにおけるそれぞれのタブに対して全般的に垂直に延びている構造であることを特徴とするフレーム部材。 - 前記四角いリング形状部は、該四角いリング形状部の裏面から延びるスペーサー部を更に含んでおり、
前記スペーサー部は、空気が前記四角いリング形状部によって形成された開放部内部に貫通して流動することを可能にする多数のホールを形成することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のフレーム部材。 - 前記フレーム部材は、前記四角いリング形状部の第1側面及び第2側面にそれぞれ位置すると共に、前記第1方向で延びている前記多数のタブにおける第1タブ及び第2タブを有しており、
前記第1タブは、
互いに平行するように延びている第1下肢部及び第2下肢部と、
第1間隙が前記第1タブ内部に形成されるように前記第1下肢部と第下肢部との間に位置する第1連結部(bridging portion)を有しており、
前記第2タブは、
互いに平行するように延びている第3下肢部及び第4下肢部と、
第2間隙が前記第2タブ内部に形成されるように第3下肢部と第4下肢部との間に位置する第2連結部を有しており、
前記フレーム部材は、前記四角いリング形状部によって形成された開放部を横切って位置する第1クロス部材及び第2クロス部材を更に有しており、
前記第1クロス部材及び前記第2クロス部材は互いに平行して離間しており、
空気が前記第1間隙と、前記第1第2クロス部材と前記第2クロス部材との間のキャップと、前記第2間隙とを通じて流動するように、前記第1クロス部材を通じて延びる中心線がそれぞれ前記第1下肢部及び前記第3下肢部を通じて延びる第1中心線及び第2中心線とそれぞれ同じ平面にあり、前記第2クロス部材を通じて延びる中心線は前記第2下肢部及び前記第4下肢部を通じて延びる第2中心線及び第4中心線とそれぞれ同じ平面にあることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のフレーム部材。
