Abstract
【解決手段】燃料ポンプ2およびエンジン本体を上側から覆う被覆部31を含むエンジンカバー3を備え、被覆部31に、下側へ突出してエンジン本体の上側の空間とエンジン本体に付帯する排気マニホールドの上側の空間を仕切る遮熱部32を設け、燃料ポンプ2およびエンジン本体と被覆部31の間に、車両前方Fr側から燃料ポンプ2に向けて延びる導風通路4が形成されるようエンジンカバー3を構成している。

Claims (5)
- 一側部に排気マニホールドを有するエンジン本体の上部に配置された燃料ポンプの遮熱構造であって、
前記燃料ポンプおよび前記エンジン本体を上側から覆う被覆部を含むエンジンカバーを備え、
前記被覆部に、下側へ突出して前記エンジン本体の上側の空間と前記排気マニホールドの上側の空間を仕切る遮熱部を設け、
前記燃料ポンプおよび前記エンジン本体と前記被覆部の間に、車両前方側から前記燃料ポンプに向けて延びる導風通路を形成したことを特徴とする燃料ポンプの遮熱構造。 - 前記導風通路を、前記燃料ポンプの周囲から車両後方側に向かって延びるよう形成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料ポンプの遮熱構造。
- 前記導風通路を、前記燃料ポンプの周囲から車両幅方向に向かって延びるよう形成したことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の燃料ポンプの遮熱構造。
- 前記エンジンカバーに、車両前後方向に延びるガイド部を、前記導風通路内に位置するよう設けたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の燃料ポンプの遮熱構造。
- 前記エンジンカバーの車両前方側端部に、車両走行時に車両前方側から後方側へ向かう冷風を前記導風通路に導く突起部を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の燃料ポンプの遮熱構造。
