Abstract
【解決手段】カテーテルは、内層、編組体、外層、先端チップから構成される。編組体の先端部27には、第一素線26aの素線幅X1と隣接する素線間の距離X2との合計よりも大きい一辺101と、第二素線26bの素線幅Y1と隣接する素線間の距離Y2との合計よりも大きい他辺102と、を有する凹部領域100が形成されている。凹部領域100で先端チップが内層と接着している。また、凹部領域100を設けることで、編組体の先端部27に形成させる凸部30の数が従来に比べて少ない。

Claims (4)
- 樹脂からなる内層と、
前記内層の外周に設けられ、第一素線と第二素線からなる編組体と、
前記編組体の外周に設けられた樹脂からなる外層と、
前記内層と前記編組体と前記外層との先端に設けられた樹脂からなる先端チップと、からなるカテーテルにおいて、
前記編組体の先端部には、前記第一素線の素線幅と前記第一素線の隣接する素線間の距離との合計よりも大きい第一の一辺及び前記第二素線の素線幅と前記第二素線の隣接する素線間の距離との合計よりも大きい第一の他辺を有した凹部領域が設けられ、
前記先端チップは、前記凹部領域で前記内層に接着していることを特徴としたカテーテル。 - 前記編組体の先端部には、前記第一素線の素線幅と前記第一素線の隣接する素線間の距離との合計よりも大きい第二の一辺及び前記第二素線の素線幅と前記第二素線の隣接する素線間の距離との合計よりも大きい第二の他辺を有した凸部領域が設けられ、
前記第一の一辺と前記第二の一辺とは、前記第一素線によって構成され、
前記第一の他辺と前記第二の他辺とは、前記第二素線によって構成されたことを特徴とした請求項1に記載のカテーテル。 - 前記凹部領域と前記凸部領域は、前記編組体の周方向に複数設けられており、
前記凹部領域の大きさは、前記凸部領域の大きさと同じであることを特徴とした請求項1又は請求項2に記載のカテーテル。 - 前記凸部領域において、前記第一素線と前記第二素線が互いに交わる交点で接合されていることを特徴とした請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載のカテーテル。
