Claims (10)
- 回転可能な軸(34)に配置され、かつ、少なくとも1つの偏向ミラー(31.1,31.2,32.1,32.2)を備えた少なくとも1つのミラーユニット(31,32)と、前記回転可能な軸(34)を駆動する駆動ユニット(33)とを有する、光学測定装置用の偏向ミラー配置であって、
前記少なくとも1つのミラーユニット(31,32)は、少なくとも2つの偏向ミラー(31.1,31.2,32.1,32.2)を備え、該偏向ミラーは、前記回転可能な軸(34)に対して径方向に離間するように共通水平面に配置され、前記駆動ユニット(33)は、少なくとも一部が、前記2つの偏向ミラー(31.1,31.2,32.1,32.2)の間の空間に配置される、ことを特徴とする偏向ミラー部品。 - 前記少なくとも2つの偏向ミラー(31.1,31.2,32.1,32.2)は、キャリアプレート(35)に配置され、前記駆動ユニット(33)は、前記キャリアプレート(35)の穴(35.1)に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の部品。
- 前記キャリアプレート(35)の前記穴(35.1)の端に、カラーが形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の部品。
- 前記少なくとも1つのミラーユニットは、少なくとも2つの送信偏向ミラー(31.1,31.2)を有する送信ミラーユニット(31)として、および/または、少なくとも2つの受信偏向ミラー(32.1,32.2)を有する受信ミラーユニット(32)として構成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の部品。
- 穴(35.1)を有する前記キャリアプレート(35)に径方向に離間するように配置された2つの送信偏向ミラー(31.1,31.2)を有する送信ミラーユニット(31)と、2つの受信偏向ミラー(32.1,32.2)を有する受信ミラーユニット(32)とが、互いに軸方向に離間するように前記共通の回転可能な軸(34)に配置され、前記駆動ユニット(33)は、前記2つの送信偏向ミラー(31.1,31.2)の間の空間に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の部品。
- 前記受信偏向ミラー(32.1,32.2)は、いずれの場合も、径方向に離間するようにキャリアボディ(38)の側に固定される、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の部品。
- 前記回転可能な軸(34)の回転角度を判断するために検査可能な符号化ディスク(37)が、前記送信ミラーユニット(31)と前記受信ミラーユニット(32)との間で、前記キャリアプレート(35)の下に配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の部品。
- 前記駆動ユニット(33)は、ステッパモータとして構成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の部品。
- 前記回転可能な軸(34)は、両側に取り付けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の部品。
- 少なくとも1つの光送信器(14)と、少なくとも1つの光受信器(24)と、少なくとも1つのミラーユニット(31,32)を有する偏向ミラー部品(30)と、を備え、前記偏向ミラー部品は、回転可能な軸(34)に配置され、かつ、少なくとも1つの偏向ミラー(31.1,31.2,32.1,32.2)と、前記回転可能な軸(34)を駆動する駆動ユニット(33)とを有する、光学測定装置であって、
前記偏向ミラー部品(30)は、請求項1乃至9のいずれかに従って構成されている、ことを特徴とする光学測定装置。
