2つの相補的なシェルの成形後若しくは成形時に、多部品押出成形ダイを用いて、熱可塑性樹脂材料製の分割されたチューブ状のプレフォーム若しくは2つの巻き取り状の押し出されたプレフォームの押出ブロー成形によって、当該タンクを製造する時にリベット固定が行われ、
前記付属品は少なくとも1つの開口部と共に配されており若しくは配され、前記リベット固定は、別個の製造工程で得られ、前付属品の開口部を通してタンク壁に融着される、熱可塑性樹脂製の予備形成された少なくとも1つのリベットピンにより行われることを特徴とする樹脂製燃料タンクへの付属品のリベット固定方法。 - 請求項1記載の樹脂製燃料タンクへの付属品のリベット固定方法であって、前記リベットピンは一体形成されたリベットヘッドと共に使用されることを特徴とする樹脂製燃料タンクへの付属品のリベット固定方法。
- 請求項1若しくは請求項2記載の樹脂製燃料タンクへの付属品のリベット固定方法であって、前記シェルは前記プレフォームの押出熱を利用して成形され、前記リベットピンは前記シェルの壁の未だ熱く溶融した材料に融着されることを特徴とする樹脂製燃料タンクへの付属品のリベット固定方法。
- 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の樹脂製燃料タンクへの付属品のリベット固定方法であって、前記付属品の導入とリベットは、それぞれキャビティを有する少なくとも2つの外側金型と、該外側金型の間に移動できる付属品キャリアと備えたブロー成形ダイを用いて行われることを特徴とする樹脂製燃料タンクへの付属品のリベット固定方法。
- 請求項1記載の樹脂製燃料タンクへの付属品のリベット固定方法であって、前記付属品キャリアは中央ダイ若しくは中央フレームと一体とされ、或いは中央ダイ若しくは中央フレームとして形成され、前記外側金型は前記中央フレームに向かって移動できることを特徴とする樹脂製燃料タンクへの付属品のリベット固定方法。
- 請求項4若しくは請求項5記載の樹脂製燃料タンクへの付属品のリベット固定方法であって、リベットの固定は前記シェルの成形後に実施され、前記シェルの成形は前記外側金型の最初の閉じ込みの間若しくは直後に行われることを特徴とする樹脂製燃料タンクへの付属品のリベット固定方法。
- 請求項6記載の樹脂製燃料タンクへの付属品のリベット固定方法であって、リベットの固定は前記外側金型の更なる閉じ込みの間若しくは直後に行われることを特徴とする樹脂製燃料タンクへの付属品のリベット固定方法。
- 請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項記載の樹脂製燃料タンクへの付属品のリベット固定方法であって、前記リベットピンは前記シェルの壁への融着の前に加熱されることを特徴とする樹脂製燃料タンクへの付属品のリベット固定方法。
- 請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項記載の樹脂製燃料タンクへの付属品のリベット固定方法であって、前記リベットピンは熱可塑性樹脂材料の射出成形により得られていることを特徴とする樹脂製燃料タンクへの付属品のリベット固定方法。
- 請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれか1項記載の樹脂製燃料タンクへの付属品のリベット固定方法であって、固定ベースを伴う付属品が付属品として使用され、該付属品は開口部を伴う複数の固定ラグを有し、該付属品は、当該付属品を導入する直前に、当該付属品を挿通するリベットピンと共にそれぞれ配されることを特徴とする樹脂製燃料タンクへの付属品のリベット固定方法。
- 樹脂製燃料タンクであって、当該タンク内側に配設される少なくとも1つの付属品を有し、該付属品は少なくとも1つの開口部を介してタンク壁にリベット付けされ、
前記開口部は前記タンク壁に融着されたリベットピンに挿通され、前記リベットピンは別個の製造工程により得られていたものであることを特徴とする樹脂製燃料タンク。 - 請求項11記載の樹脂製燃料タンクであって、請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれか1項記載の樹脂製燃料タンクへの付属品のリベット固定方法により製造されることを特徴とする樹脂製燃料タンク。
