Abstract
Description
(実施例1)
透明電極がパターンされたITO基板を超音波洗浄器で洗浄し、熱風乾燥器を用いて乾燥させた後、UV/O3クリーナーを用いて基板を表面処理した。
酢酸亜鉛3g及び水酸化カリウム塩基性添加剤1.5gを250mlのアルコール溶媒に添加し、封入及びシーリングした後、撹拌させて混合溶液を製造し、上記製造された混合溶液を40℃で6時間低温反応させてZnOの沈殿物を製造したこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして有機太陽電池を製作した。
酢酸亜鉛3g及び水酸化カリウム塩基性添加剤1.5gを250mlのアルコール溶媒に添加し、封入及びシーリングした後、撹拌させて混合溶液を製造し、上記製造された混合溶液を60℃で6時間低温反応させてZnOの沈殿物を製造したこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして有機太陽電池を製作した。
上記実施例1における酢酸亜鉛の代わりにチタニウムブトキシド(Ti Butoxide)を用いて低温反応させてTiO2を製造したこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして有機太陽電池を製作した。
上記実施例1における酢酸亜鉛の代わりにテトラエチルオルトケイ酸塩(tetraethylorthosilicate)を用いて低温反応させてSiO2を製造したこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして有機太陽電池を製作した。
上記実施例1における酢酸亜鉛の代わりに塩化鉄(Fe Chloride)を用いて低温反応させてFe2O3を製造したこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして有機太陽電池を製作した。
酢酸亜鉛3g及び水酸化カリウム塩基性添加剤5gを250mlのアルコール溶媒に添加し、封入及びシーリングした後、撹拌させて混合溶液を製造し、上記製造された混合溶液を15℃で6時間低温反応させてZnOの沈殿物を製造したこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして有機太陽電池を製作した。
酢酸亜鉛3g及び水酸化アンモニウム塩基性添加剤3gを250mlのアルコール溶媒に添加し、封入及びシーリングした後、撹拌させて混合溶液を製造し、上記製造された混合溶液を65℃で6時間低温反応させてZnOの沈殿物を製造したこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして有機太陽電池を製作した。
上記実施例1で製造されたZnOをクロロベンゼンに分散させた後、高分解能−透過電子顕微鏡(JEM−3010、JEOL社製)で観察した。その結果を下記図3a及び図3bに示した。図3aは20nmの倍率で測定した写真であり、図3bは5nmの倍率で測定した写真である。また、図3bに表示したA及びB部分はZnOの結晶構造である。
上記実施例1〜3及び比較例1〜2でそれぞれ製造された有機太陽電池について、太陽シミュレータ(solar simulator、Newport社の66984)を用いて電流−電圧特性を測定し、その結果を下記表2に示した。また、実施例1で製造された有機太陽電池の短絡電流(Short−Circuit Current:Isc)−開放電圧(Open−Circuit Volt:Voc)のグラフを下記図4に示した。

- 互いに対向配置される陰極及び陽極と、
前記陰極と陽極との間に位置し、正孔受容体及び電子受容体が混合されている光活性層と、
前記陽極と前記光活性層との間に位置し、平均粒径が10nm以下の金属酸化物を含む金属酸化物ナノ薄膜層と、
を含み、
前記金属酸化物は、前記金属酸化物の粒子の全体個数に対して90(個数)%以上の粒子の粒径が前記平均粒径を基準として±4nmの範囲にある粒径分布を有していることを特徴とする有機太陽電池。 - 前記金属酸化物は、平均粒径が1〜8nmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機太陽電池。
- 前記金属酸化物は、前記金属酸化物の粒子の全体個数に対して90(個数)%以上の粒子の粒径が前記平均粒径を基準として±2nmの範囲にある粒径分布を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機太陽電池。
- 前記金属酸化物は、Ti、Zn、Sr、In、Ba、K、Nb、Fe、Ta、W、Sa、Bi、Ni、Cu、Mo、Ce、Pt、Ag、Rh、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択される何れか1つの金属の酸化物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機太陽電池。
- 前記金属酸化物ナノ薄膜層は、厚さが50〜500nmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機太陽電池。

- 前記低温合成は2〜10時間行われることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の有機太陽電池の製造方法。
- 前記有機溶媒に分散された金属酸化物をコーティングする段階で、前記金属酸化物をコーティングした後に150〜250℃で2〜10分間焼成する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の有機太陽電池の製造方法。
- 前記混合溶液を製造する段階で、前記金属原料物質及び前記塩基性添加剤は5:1〜1:3の重量比で添加されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の有機太陽電池の製造方法。
- 前記金属酸化物は平均粒径が10nm以下で、
前記金属酸化物は前記金属酸化物の粒子の全体個数に対して90(個数)%以上の粒子の粒径が前記平均粒径を基準として±4nmの範囲にある粒径分布を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の有機太陽電池の製造方法。
