Abstract

본 발명은 유기 태양 전지 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 서로 대향 배치되는 음극 및 양극, 상기 음극과 양극 사이에 위치하고, 정공수용체 및 전자수용체가 혼합된 광활성층, 그리고 상기 양극과 상기 광활성층 사이에 위치하고, 평균 입경이 10nm 이하인 금속 산화물을 포함하는 금속 산화물 나노 박막층을 포함하며, 상기 금속 산화물은 상기 금속 산화물 입자 전체 개수에 대하여 90(개수)% 이상의 입경 분포가 상기 평균 입경을 기준으로 ±4nm이다. 상기 유기 태양 전지는 정공의 이동 속도를 증가시켜 유기 태양 전지의 효율을 향상시키고, 외부로부터 침투하는 산소와 수분을 차단하여 광활성층에 포함된 고분자가 산소와 수분에 의하여 광활성 능력이 떨어지는 것을 방지하여 유기 태양 전지의 수명을 향상시킬 수 있다.
