Abstract
【解決手段】NOxセンサー100は、セラミック粒子と、樹脂と、溶剤と、エーテル構造、ウレタン構造、水酸基含有構造、エステル構造及びアクリル構造のうち1以上を含む第1構造を有する第1群の添加剤と、前記第1群の添加剤のうちいずれか1以上の構造に加え、イミダゾリン構造、エチレンジアミン構造及びアミン構造のうち1以上を含む第2構造を有する第2群の添加剤と、の中から選択された1以上の添加剤と、を備えたセラミックスペーストを用いて積層されて作製されている。このセラミックスペーストは、第1群及び第2群のいずれかの添加剤を含有することにより、NOxセンサー100を焼成する前の積層体の切断時に、カットする刃との親和性が好適な状態となる。

エーテル構造、ウレタン構造、水酸基含有構造、エステル構造及びアクリル構造のうち1以上を含む第1構造を有する第1群の添加剤と、前記第1群の添加剤のうちいずれか1以上の構造に加え、イミダゾリン構造、エチレンジアミン構造及びアミン構造のうち1以上を含む第2構造を有する第2群の添加剤と、の中から選択された1以上の添加剤と、
を備えたものである。
セラミック粒子と、ブチラール樹脂と、溶剤と、添加剤と、可塑剤とを混合してセラミックスペーストを作製した。セラミック粒子としては、4mol%のYを含む平均粒径が0.50μmの安定化ZrO2粒子とSiO2粒子とAl2O3粒子とを用いた。ブチラール樹脂は、低重合度のものを用いた。溶剤は、ジヒドロターピネオールと酢酸2−エチルヘキシルを7:3で混合したものを用いた。可塑剤は、エステル部の炭素数が8のフタル酸ジアセテートを用いた。安定化ZrO2粒子を100質量部としたときに、SiO2粒子を2.5質量部、Al2O3粒子を1.5質量部、ブチラール樹脂を13.5質量部、溶剤を62.9質量部、添加剤を2.1質量部、可塑剤を2.4質量部、混合してセラミックスペーストを作製した。また、添加剤は、BYK社のDISPERBYK−108、DISPERBYK−162、DISPERBYK−164、DISPERBYK−182、DISPERBYK−2050、DISPERBYK−2155、DISPERBYK−2164、ADEKA社のアデカトールPC−6、アデカトールPC−8、アデカトールPC−10、アデカトールSP−12、アデカノールB−4001のうちそれぞれ1つを混合した。これら、第1群の添加剤のいずれかを添加したセラミックスペーストをグリーンシート上に厚さ7μm、20μm及び80μmで塗布して図1に記載の積層体を作製し、この積層体をナイフでカットしたのち1400℃で焼成したものを、それぞれ第1群の添加剤を用いた実施例1〜12とした(後述表1参照)。
更に、第1群の添加剤を用いたセラミックスペーストを作製した。添加剤として、サンノプコ社のSNスパース70、SNウエット366、SNディスパーサント9228、EVONIC社のTEGO Dispers610、TEGO Dispers652、TEGO Dispers670、TEGO Dispers685、TEGO Dispers700をそれぞれ用いた以外は実施例1と同様の工程を経て得られたものを、それぞれ実施例13〜20とした(後述表1参照)。
第2群の添加剤を用いたセラミックスペーストを作製した。添加剤として、BYK社のDISPERBYK−109、ADEKA社のアデカノールTR−702、アデカノールTR−704、アデカプルロニックTR−913Rをそれぞれ用いた以外は実施例1と同様の工程を経て得られたものを、それぞれ実施例21〜24とした(後述表1参照)。
更に、第2群の添加剤を用いたセラミックスペーストを作製した。添加剤として、サンノプコ社のノプコ38−C、ノプコウエット50、EVONIC社のTEGO Dispers630、TEGO Dispers662Cをそれぞれ用いた以外は実施例1と同様の工程を経て得られたものを、それぞれ実施例25〜28とした(後述表1参照)。
第3群の添加剤を用いたセラミックスペーストを作製した。添加剤としてBYK社のDISPERBYK−101、DISPERBYK−106、DISPERBYK−140、DISPERBYK−145、DISPERBYK−180をそれぞれ用いた以外は実施例1と同様の工程を経て得られたものを、それぞれ比較例1〜5とした(後述表1参照)。
更に、第3群の添加剤を用いたセラミックスペーストを作製した。添加剤として、サンノプコ社のSNスパース、SNディスパーサント5027、SNディスパーサント5468、ノプコサントRFA、SNディスパーサント5020、EVONIC社のTEGO Dispers710をそれぞれ用いた以外は実施例1と同様の工程を経て得られたものを、それぞれ比較例6〜11とした(後述表1参照)。
添加剤を加えない以外は、実施例1と同様の工程を経て得られたものを比較例12とした。
作製した実施例1〜28及び比較例1〜12に対して、切断面をレーザー顕微鏡(Keyence社製VK−9710)を用いて表面粗さを測定した。ここでは、最大高さRmax(μm)を表面粗さとした。
作製した実施例1〜28及び比較例1〜12に対して、切断面を顕微鏡で観察し、クラックの有無を調べた。実施例1〜28及び比較例1〜12をそれぞれ1000個作製し、その1000個のうちクラックが発生した割合をクラック率(%)とした。
測定結果を表1にまとめた。表1には、セラミックスペーストをグリーンシート上に厚さ80μmで塗布した結果を示した。なお、厚さ7μm及び20μmで塗布したサンプルの測定結果は、表1と同様の傾向を示したことから、その記載は省略する。図3は、添加剤を加えない比較例12の切断面の顕微鏡写真である。図4は、表面粗さに対するクラック率の関係図である。ここで、ナイフカット時に、積層体のグリーンシート部と、セラミックスペーストにより形成された接着層部との組成構造的なナイフ刃との密着性の差により、接着部がナイフ刃に引きずられ、引きずられた接着部が負圧になることで、ナイフ出側のグリーンシートを引っ張り、ナイフ出側のグリーンシートとナイフ入り側の接着層とが機械的に剥ぎ取られるという現象が確認できた(図3参照)。表1に示すように、第3群の添加剤のいずれかを加えた比較例1〜11及び、添加剤を加えない比較例12では、切断面の表面粗さが28μm〜36μmと粗いのに対し、第2群の添加剤のいずれかを加えると表面粗さが15μm〜25μm程度に良化し、第1群の添加剤のいずれかを加えると表面粗さが5μm〜15μm程度と更に良化した。この理由は、例えば、第1群ないし第2群の添加剤の添加により、接着層に配合されている樹脂の極性部分がキャップされ、接着層部におけるナイフ刃との化学的または物理的接着性(密着性)が低下することが考えられた。これにより、切断時のナイフ刃による接着層の引きずり現象の発生を低減させ、接着層の引きずられに関する積層体へのダメージを低減させることが可能になったと考えられる。また、図4に示すように、表面粗さが低減すると、それに応じてクラック率も低減する傾向を示した。このように、第1群ないし第2群の添加剤をセラミックスペーストに添加することにより、これを用いて積層した積層体の切断面の表面を好適にして不具合の発生をより低減することができ、ひいては、素子歩留まりの向上が達成できることを確認した。
Claims (5)
- セラミック粒子と、
樹脂と、
溶剤と、
エーテル構造、ウレタン構造、水酸基含有構造、エステル構造及びアクリル構造のうち1以上を含む第1構造を有する第1群の添加剤と、前記第1群の添加剤のうちいずれか1以上の構造に加え、イミダゾリン構造、エチレンジアミン構造及びアミン構造のうち1以上を含む第2構造を有する第2群の添加剤と、の中から選択された1以上の添加剤と、
を備えたセラミックスペースト。 - 前記第1群の添加剤は、前記セラミック粒子に親和性を有する官能基を含む低分子有機化合物、前記セラミック粒子に親和性を有する官能基を含む高分子共重合体、前記セラミック粒子に親和性を有する官能基を含むブロックコポリマー、前記セラミック粒子に親和性を有する官能基を含むオリゴマー、及び前記セラミック粒子に親和性を有する官能基を含むフェノールエトキシレートのうち少なくとも1種を含有する、請求項1に記載のセラミックスペースト。
- 前記第2群の添加剤は、アルケニルイミダゾリン構造を有する化合物及びエチンジアミンのポリオキシアルキレン縮合物のうち少なくとも1種を含有する、請求項1又は2に記載のセラミックスペースト。
- 前記セラミック粒子は、アルミナ粒子、シリカ粒子、チタニア粒子、酸化亜鉛粒子及びジルコニア粒子のうち1以上である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のセラミックスペースト。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のセラミックスペーストを用いて作製した積層体。
