Abstract
【解決手段】塩化銀を錯化剤により溶解して得た銀錯体を含む溶液と還元剤溶液とを混合し、銀錯体を還元して銀粉を得る場合に、水中における電離状態で正イオンとなる親水基を有する有機化合物を銀錯体を含む溶液及び還元剤溶液の両方、又は、銀錯体を含む溶液又は還元剤溶液のいずれか一方に添加し、銀粒子の表面に有機化合物を塩素よりも優先的に吸着させ、塩素の吸着を抑制することで、塩素濃度が0.003質量%以下であり、平均一次粒子径が0.4μm〜1.5μmの銀粉を得る。

Description
38℃の温浴中で液温36℃に保持した25%アンモニア水40Lに、塩化銀2918g(住友金属鉱山株式会社製)を撹拌しながら投入して銀錯体溶液を作製し、得られた銀錯体溶液を温浴中で36℃に保持した。
実施例2では、カチオン系界面活性剤を第3級アミン塩(日油製ナイミーンL207)に変更したこと以外は、実施例1に準じて銀粒子を得るとともに評価したところ、塩素の含有量が0.0021重量%であった。また、銀粉の平均粒径DSは1.01μmであった。また、イソプロピルアルコール中に銀粉を分散させレーザー回折散乱法を用いて測定した体積積算の平均粒径D50は2.0μmであった。また、BET法により測定した比表面積は0.45m2/gであった。
実施例3は、カチオン系界面活性剤を分子内に2個以上のアミノ基を持つポリアミン化合物(ビックケミー製BYK9076)に変更してエタノール溶液として添加したこと以外は実施例1に準じて銀粒子を得るとともに評価したところ、塩素の含有量が0.0015重量%であった。また、銀粉の平均粒径DSは0.98μmであった。また、イソプロピルアルコール中に銀粉を分散させレーザー回折散乱法を用いて測定した体積積算の平均粒径D50は2.0μmであった。また、BET法により測定した比表面積は0.46m2/gであった。
比較例1では、還元剤溶液にカチオン系界面活性剤を添加せず、カチオン系界面活性剤であるポリオキシエチレン付加4級アンモニウム塩を還元により得られた銀粒子スラリーへ投入し、次に分散剤としてステアリン酸エマルジョンを投入したこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして銀粉を製造した。
比較例2では、38℃の温浴中で液温36℃に保持した10%アンモニア水50Lに、硝酸銀900g(関東化学株式会社製 試薬)を撹拌しながら投入して銀錯体溶液を作製し、得られた銀錯体溶液を温浴中で36℃に保持した。
Claims (4)
- 銀粒子表面に水中における電離状態で正イオンとなる親水基を有する有機化合物が吸着され、塩素濃度が0.003質量%以下であり、平均一次粒子径が0.4μm〜1.5μmであることを特徴とする銀粉。
- 飛行時間型二次イオン質量分析法において、硝酸イオン検出量が銀負イオン検出量の5倍以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の銀粉。
- 銀粒子表面に水中における電離状態で正イオンとなる親水基を有する有機化合物が吸着され、塩素濃度が0.003質量%以下であり、平均一次粒子径が0.4μm〜1.5μmである銀粉を導電体として含有することを特徴とする導電性ペースト。
- 飛行時間型二次イオン質量分析法において、硝酸イオン検出量が銀負イオン検出量の5倍以下であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の導電性ペースト。
