Claims (5)
- モルパーセントで示すガラス組成物であって、
40〜80パーセントのSnO、
12〜35パーセントのP2O5、
0〜15パーセントのZnO、及び
酸化チタン、酸化バナジウム、酸化鉄、酸化ニオブ、及びこれらの組合せから選択される、0超〜40パーセントの金属酸化物、
を含むガラス組成物において、
前記ZnOの含有量が6パーセント以上であって、前記金属酸化物が、酸化チタン、酸化ニオブ、又はその組合せから成る場合、該酸化チタン、酸化ニオブ、又はその組合せの含有量が5パーセントより多いことを特徴とする組成物。 - モルパーセントで示すガラス組成物であって、
40〜80パーセントのSnO、
12〜25パーセント未満のP2O5、
0〜15パーセントのZnO、及び
酸化チタン、酸化バナジウム、酸化鉄、酸化ニオブ、及びこれらの組合せから選択される、0超〜40パーセントの金属酸化物、
を含むことを特徴とするガラス組成物。 - モルパーセントで示すガラス組成物であって、
40〜80パーセントのSnO、
12〜25パーセント未満のP2O5、
0〜15パーセントのZnO、及び
酸化チタン、酸化バナジウム、酸化鉄、酸化ニオブ、及びこれらの組合せから選択される、0超〜40パーセントの金属酸化物、
から実質的に成ることを特徴とするガラス組成物。 - モルパーセントで示すガラス組成物であって、
40〜80パーセントのSnO、
12〜35パーセントのP2O5、
0〜15パーセントのZnO、及び
酸化チタン、酸化バナジウム、酸化鉄、酸化ニオブ、及びこれらの組合せから選択される、0超〜40パーセントの金属酸化物、
から実質的に成るガラス組成物において、
前記ZnOの含有量が6パーセント以上であって、前記金属酸化物が、酸化チタン、酸化ニオブ、又はその組合せから成る場合、該酸化チタン、酸化ニオブ、又はその組合せの含有量が5パーセントより多いことを特徴とする組成物。 - 請求項1記載のガラス組成物を調製する方法であって、
還元酸化状態を有する酸化物から成るバッチ材料を混合するステップと、
前記バッチ材料を溶解して前記ガラス組成物を調製するステップと、
を有して成ることを特徴とする方法。
