Abstract
Description
本出願は、2009年2月9日に提出された米国仮出願第61/153831号の利益を主張し、その内容は参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。
下記の構造の下に示すモル比でビスオキサゾリン化合物、および触媒として3重量%でメチル−p−トルエンスルホネート(MeOTs)か、40重量%でフェノール性硬化剤(Rezicure3700)のいずれかを含むように2種類の組成物を製造した。
実施例1と同じビスオキサゾリン化合物の混合物を49重量%、ベンゾキサジンの混合物を49重量%、およびメチル−p−トルエンスルホネートを2重量%含む組成物を製造した。ベンゾキサジンは下記の構造を有し、構造の下に示す量で存在した。
Claims (6)
- いかなるフェノール性化合物も含まず、オキサゾリンおよび/またはオキサジンならびにカチオン性硬化開始剤を含む、硬化性組成物。
- 前記オキサゾリンおよび/またはオキサジン化合物が、1,3ビスオキサゾリンである、請求項1に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記カチオン性硬化開始剤が、メチル−p−トルエンスルホネートである、請求項1に記載の硬化性組成物。
- さらに、フィラーを含む、請求項1に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記無機フィラーが、シリカである、請求項4に記載の組成物。
- 硬化された請求項1に記載の硬化性組成物で被覆または成形されたデバイス。
