Description
本出願は、2009年2月9日に提出された米国仮出願第61/153831号の利益を主張し、その内容は参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。
下記の構造の下に示すモル比でビスオキサゾリン化合物、および触媒として3重量%でメチル−p−トルエンスルホネート(MeOTs)か、40重量%でフェノール性硬化剤(Rezicure3700)のいずれかを含むように2種類の組成物を製造した。
実施例1と同じビスオキサゾリン化合物の混合物を49重量%、ベンゾキサジンの混合物を49重量%、およびメチル−p−トルエンスルホネートを2重量%含む組成物を製造した。ベンゾキサジンは下記の構造を有し、構造の下に示す量で存在した。
Claims (14)
- いかなるフェノール性化合物も含まず、
下記の構造を有するオキサゾリン化合物から成る群より選択される少なくとも2種類の化合物と、
カチオン性硬化開始剤とを含み、
硬化後の組成物の硬化収縮は0.25%以下であり、硬化後の組成物中にボイドが存在しない、硬化性組成物。
- 3種類以上の前記オキサゾリン化合物を含む、請求項1に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 1,3−ビス(2−オキサゾリン−2−イル)ベンゼンと、
1種類以上の請求項1に記載のオキサゾリン化合物(ただし、1,3−ビス(2−オキサゾリン−2−イル)ベンゼンを除く。)と
を含む、請求項1または2に記載の硬化性組成物。 - 2種類以上の前記オキサジン化合物を含む、請求項6に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 室温において液体である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 硬化後の組成物の硬化収縮は0.25%以下であり、硬化後の組成物中にボイドが存在しない、請求項5〜8のいずれか1項に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記カチオン性硬化開始剤が、メチル−p−トルエンスルホネートである、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の硬化性組成物。
- さらに、フィラーを含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記フィラーが、シリカである、請求項11に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 電子デバイスまたはパッケージを成形または被覆するために使用される、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 硬化された請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の硬化性組成物で被覆または成形された電子デバイスまたはパッケージ。
