Claims (14)
- 粒子状炭酸ナトリウムの存在下に、芳香族求核的置換反応によって、ポリ(アリールエーテルケトン)を製造するための方法であって、前記粒子状炭酸ナトリウムが、次の粒径分布:D90≧45μmおよびD90≦250μmおよびD99.5≦710μm、を有し、前記粒径分布が実施例において説明されているような、機械的な篩別方法によって測定される方法。
- 前記粒子状炭酸ナトリウムが、次の粒径分布:D90≧63μm、を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子状炭酸ナトリウムが、次の粒径分布:D90≦212μm、を有する、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子状炭酸ナトリウムが、次の粒径分布:D99.5≦500μm、を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子状炭酸ナトリウムが、次の粒径分布:D90≧45μmおよびD90≦180μmおよびD99.5≦425μm、を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子状炭酸ナトリウムが、多くとも75ppmの、CaOとして表されるカルシウム重量含量を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記製造されたポリ(アリールエーテルケトン)が、L*>87を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記製造されたポリ(アリールエーテルケトン)が、a*<2を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリ(アリールエーテルケトン)が、溶媒中、かつp−キシレンの非存在下に製造される、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリ(アリールエーテルケトン)が、水と共に共沸混合物を形成する一切の共溶媒の非存在下に製造される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリ(アリールエーテルケトン)がポリ(エーテルエーテルケトン)である、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリ(アリールエーテルケトン)がK2CO3の存在下に製造され、K2CO3が0.01mol−K/mol−Na以下の比率で存在している、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法により製造されたポリ(アリールエーテルケトン)、および少なくとも1種のその他の成分を含む、組成物。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって製造されたポリ(アリールエーテルケトン)または請求項13に記載の組成物を含む成形物品。
