接触面を備えると共に第1の摩耗層及び第2の摩耗層を含む1つ又は2つ以上のトレッド要素を有し、前記第2の層は、前記第1の層の下に配置され、
前記トレッド要素の前記第2の摩耗層中で長手方向に延びる長手方向溝を有し、前記長手方向溝は、前記第1の摩耗層の所与の深さの摩耗後に露出状態になり、
前記トレッド要素の前記第2の摩耗層中で前記長手方向溝から横方向に延びる1本又は2本以上の横方向溝を有する、タイヤトレッド。 - 前記第1の摩耗層中でトレッド外面と前記長手方向溝との間に延びる1本又は2本以上の長手方向サイプを更に有する、請求項1記載のタイヤトレッド。
- 前記第1の摩耗層中でタイヤ外面と前記1本又は2本以上の横方向溝の各々との間に延びる1本又は2本以上の横方向サイプを更に有する、請求項1又は2記載のタイヤトレッド。
- 前記タイヤトレッドに沿って長手方向に延びる一対のショルダリブを更に有し、前記1つ又は2つ以上のトレッド要素は、前記一対のショルダリブ相互間に配置されている、請求項1記載のタイヤトレッド。
- 前記トレッド要素は、トレッド突出部である、請求項1記載のタイヤトレッド。
- 前記長手方向溝は、トレッド中心線に平行に延びている、請求項1記載のタイヤトレッド。
- 前記横方向溝のうちの少なくとも1本は、トレッド中心線に垂直に延びている、請求項1記載のタイヤトレッド。
- 前記第1の摩耗層及び前記第2の摩耗層の各々は、頂面を有し、各頂面は、表面積を有し、前記第1の層の頂面の表面積は、前記第2の層の頂面の表面積よりも大きい、請求項1記載のタイヤトレッド。
- 前記横方向溝は、前記ショルダリブのいずれの中にも延びていない、請求項1記載のタイヤトレッド。
- 前記長手方向サイプは、横方向に交互の経路を辿って長手方向に延びている、請求項2記載のタイヤトレッド。
- 前記横方向サイプは、長手方向に交互の経路を辿って横方向に延びている、請求項3記載のタイヤトレッド。
- 前記長手方向サイプ及び前記横方向サイプのうちの少なくとも一方は、交互の経路を辿って半径方向に延びている、請求項10又は11記載のタイヤトレッド。
- 前記交互の経路は、複数個の段部を有する、請求項10〜12のうちいずれか一に記載のタイヤトレッド。
- 前記交互経路は、少なくとも2.5個の段部を有する、請求項12記載のタイヤトレッド。
- 前記横方向サイプと前記長手方向サイプとの間の交差部に沿って延びるサイプ交差溝を更に有する、請求項3記載のタイヤトレッド。
- 前記サイプ交差溝は、幅を有し、該幅は、前記横方向サイプ及び前記長手方向サイプのうちの少なくとも一方の幅に実質的に等しく又はこれよりも大きい、請求項14記載のタイヤトレッド。
- 前記サイプ交差溝は、半径方向溝である、請求項15記載のタイヤトレッド。
- 前記1本又は2本以上の横方向溝の各々は、一対の端部を有し、前記端部のうちの一方は、前記トレッド要素の側面と連通状態にあり、前記端部のうちの他方は、前記長手方向溝と連通状態にある、請求項1記載のタイヤトレッド。
- 前記横方向溝のうちの1本又は2本以上は、前記長手方向溝の第1の横方向側部から延び、前記横方向溝のうちの1本又は2本以上は、前記長手方向溝の第2の横方向側部から延び、前記長手方向溝の前記第1の側部から延びる前記1本又は2本以上の横方向溝は、前記横方向溝から成る長手方向に交互の配列体を形成するよう前記長手方向溝の前記第2の側部から延びる前記1本又は2本以上の横方向溝から長手方向にオフセットしている、請求項1記載のタイヤトレッド。
- 多段型タイヤトレッド内の少なくとも1つの摩耗層を形成するモールド要素であって、前記トレッドは、接触面及び厚さを有し、前記モールド要素は、
前記接触面の下の前記トレッド厚さの一部分中に潜り長手方向溝を形成することができる長手方向溝型を有し、
前記長手方向溝型の所与の長さに沿って配置された1個又は2個以上の横方向溝型を有し、前記横方向溝型の各々は、長手方向溝型の長手方向に対して角度をなして延び、前記横方向溝型の各々は、前記接触面の下の前記トレッド厚さの一部分中に潜り横方向溝を形成することができ、
前記長手方向溝型から延びると共に前記トレッド中に長手方向サイプを形成することができる長手方向サイプ型を有し、
前記横方向溝型の所与の長さに沿って延びると共に前記トレッド中に横方向サイプを形成することができる横方向サイプ型を有する、モールド要素。 - 前記長手方向サイプ型と前記横方向サイプ型との間に設けられたサイプ交差延長部を更に有し、前記サイプ型の各々は、前記延長部と交差している、請求項20記載のモールド要素。
- 前記サイプと交差延長部は、幅を有し、該幅は、前記横方向サイプ型及び前記長手方向サイプ型のうちの少なくとも一方の幅に実質的に等しく又はこれよりも大きい、請求項21記載のモールド要素。
- 前記長手方向サイプ型は、前記長手方向溝型から延びている、請求項22記載のモールド要素。
- 前記横方向サイプ型は、前記横方向溝型から延びている、請求項20又は23記載のモールド要素。
- 前記長手方向サイプ型は、交互の経路を辿って長手方向に延びている、請求項20、23又は24記載のモールド要素。

- 前記横方向サイプ及び前記長手方向サイプのうちの少なくとも一方は、交互の経路を辿って半径方向に延びている、請求項20〜26のうちいずれか一に記載のモールド要素。
- 前記交互経路は、複数個の段部を有する、請求項25〜27のうちいずれか一に記載のモールド要素。
- 前記1つ又は2つ以上の横方向溝型の各々は、一対の端部を有し、前記端部のうちの一方は、前記長手方向溝型と連通状態にある、請求項20記載のモールド要素。
- 前記横方向溝のうちの1本又は2本以上は、前記長手方向溝型の第1の横方向側部から延び、前記横方向溝のうちの1本又は2本以上は、前記長手方向溝型の第2の横方向側部から延び、前記長手方向溝型の前記第1の側部から延びる前記1本又は2本以上の横方向溝型は、前記横方向溝型から成る長手方向に交互の配列体を形成するよう前記長手方向溝型の前記第2の側部から延びる前記1本又は2本以上の横方向溝型から長手方向にオフセットしている、請求項29記載のモールド要素。
