Abstract
【解決手段】バッテリモジュール10は、バッテリ部から延在する電気端子を有するバッテリセルを含み、電気端子を開口を通じて収容するための開口を有する相互接続基板と、エラストマ層を通じて延在している開口を有するエラストマ層とをさらに含む。エラストマ層は相互接続基板に近接して配置され、これにより、電気端子は相互接続基板の開口を通じて延在し、且つエラストマ層の開口を通じてさらに延在する。エラストマ層上に配置されるポッティング化合物110をさらに含み、この層はポッティング化合物がバッテリ部に接触することを妨げる。

Claims (10)
- バッテリ部から延在する電気端子を有する複数のバッテリセルと、
相互接続基板であって、前記相互接続基板を通じて延在している前記複数の開口を有し、前記電気端子を複数の開口を通じて収容するための相互接続基板と、
前記エラストマ層を通じて延在する複数の開口を有するエラストマ層であって、前記エラストマ層は前記相互接続基板に近接して配置され、これにより前記電気端子は前記相互接続基板の前記複数の開口を通じて延在し、前記エラストマ層の前記複数の開口を通じてさらに延在するエラストマ層と、
前記エラストマ層上に配置されたポッティング化合物であって、これにより前記エラストマ層は前記ポッティング化合物が前記バッテリ部に接触することを防ぐ、ポッティング化合物と、
を備えるバッテリモジュール。 - 前記相互接続キャリアを通じて延在する複数の開口を有する相互接続キャリアであって、前記相互接続キャリアは前記複数のバッテリセルと前記相互接続基板との間に配置され、これにより前記電気端子は、前記相互接続キャリアの前記複数の開口を通じて延在し、前記相互接続基板の前記複数の開口を通じてさらに延在し、前記エラストマ層の前記複数の開口を通じてさらに延在する、相互接続キャリアをさらに備える請求項1に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記相互接続キャリアは、ベース部と、前記ベース部に連結された周辺側壁とを含み、前記相互接続キャリアは前記ポッティング化合物を中に保持することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記相互接続基板は、前記相互接続基板から延在する電気コネクタをさらに含み、前記エラストマ層は、追加的な開口であって、前記電気コネクタを前記追加的な開口を通じて収容するように構成された追加的な開口を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記エラストマ層はゴム化合物から構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記相互接続基板上に配置された複数の相互接続部材をさらに備え、前記複数の相互接続部材は前記複数の電気端子に連結されている請求項1に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 複数のバッテリセルを複数のフレーム部材内に配置するステップであって、前記複数のバッテリセルはバッテリ部から延在する電気端子を有し、前記電気端子は前記フレーム部材内の開口を通じて延在するステップと、
相互接続基板を前記複数のバッテリセルに近接して配置するステップであって、これにより、前記相互接続基板を通じて延在する複数の開口が、前記電気端子を、前記複数の開口を通じて収容するステップと、
エラストマ層を前記相互接続基板に近接して配置するステップであって、これにより、前記相互接続基板の前記複数の開口を通じて延在する前記電気端子が、前記エラストマ層の複数の開口を通じてさらに延在するステップと、
ポッティング化合物を前記エラストマ層及び前記電気端子上に配置するステップであって、これにより前記エラストマ層が、前記ポッティング化合物が前記バッテリ部に接触することを防ぐステップと、
を備える、バッテリモジュールを製造する方法。 - 相互接続キャリアを前記相互接続基板上に配置するステップであって、これにより、前記相互接続キャリアは前記複数のバッテリセルと前記相互接続基板との間に配置されるステップにおいて、前記電気端子は、前記相互接続キャリアの前記複数の開口を通じて延在し、前記相互接続基板の前記複数の開口を通じてさらに延在し、前記エラストマ層の前記複数の開口を通じてさらに延在するステップ
をさらに備える請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記ポッティング化合物を前記エラストマ層及び前記電気端子上に配置するステップが、前記ポッティング化合物を、前記相互接続キャリアの周辺壁によって画定される領域内に配置するステップを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記エラストマ層がゴム化合物から構成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
