Description
本実施例1のバスバーモジュール2は、図1、図2に示すように、電池モジュール9の構成部品の一つである。電池モジュール9は、電池群10、ホルダ5、バスバーモジュール2、セパレータ4、及びバスバー3で構成されている。
本実施例2のバスバーモジュールにおいては、図7、図8に示すように、絶縁積層部7は、バスバー6の外面6aのほとんどは被覆しておらず、バスバー6の内面6aから側面6cを経て外面6bの周縁部を連続して被覆している。バスバー6の外面6bの周縁部は部分的に幅が広がった幅広部73をもつ。
本実施例3のバスバーモジュールにおいては、図10、図11に示すように、絶縁積層部7に形成された開口部72が、横方向に長く延びて横方向に長い菱形形状をなしている。このような菱形形状をなす開口部72は、バスバー6の外面6b及び内面6aの双方に積層された絶縁積層部7に形成されている。横方向からバスバーモジュール2を投影したときに、バスバーモジュール2の横方向の一端部から他端部まで連続して、複数の開口部72が存在している。
Claims (7)
- 軸方向の端部に端子をもつ複数の電池からなる電池群の各電池の端部側に配置されるバスバーモジュールであって、
前記バスバーモジュールは、前記電池群内の各電池の端子間を電気的に接続する導電性金属からなり、前記バスバーモジュールの一方向に配列される複数のバスバーと、前記バスバーの前記電池の端部と対向する内面から前記バスバーの側面を経て、前記内面の反対側の外面の周縁部まで被覆する絶縁積層部と、各バスバーの間に介在する絶縁材料を有する絶縁介在部と、を有し、
前記絶縁積層部は、熱可塑性エラストマー又は/及びゴムからなる絶縁材料を有し、
前記絶縁積層部には、複数の応力分断部が形成され、
前記バスバーモジュールを前記バスバーモジュールの長手方向から見たときに、前記バスバーモジュールの長手方向と直交する直交方向の一端部から他端部まで前記複数の応力分断部が連続して存在することを特徴とするバスバーモジュール。 - 前記絶縁積層部には、複数の前記応力分断部が均等に点在している請求項1に記載のバスバーモジュール。
- 前記バスバーは、前記電池の端子と接続するための接続用穴をもち、
前記応力分断部は、前記接続用穴に対して平面方向の位置が共通する位置に形成された開口部である請求項1又は2に記載のバスバーモジュール。 - 複数の前記応力分断部のうち少なくとも2つは、前記バスバーモジュールの長手方向において、互いに重なり合っている請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のバスバーモジュール。
- 前記バスバーは突出部をもち、前記突出部の周方向全体が前記絶縁積層部から延設された延長部により被覆されている請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のバスバーモジュール。
- 前記熱可塑性エラストマー又は/及び前記ゴムの曲げ弾性率は、200〜1300MPaである請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のバスバーモジュール。
- 前記熱可塑性エラストマー又は/及び前記ゴムの降伏伸び率は、15%以上である請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のバスバーモジュール。
