Abstract
【解決手段】筐体の内側に位置する電極組立体に電気的に接続されて、前記筐体の概則へ延長された端子部を有する二次電池において、前記端子部は、前記電極組立体に第1平面領域が電気的に接触されて、前記第1平面領域から第2平面領域が折曲されて形成される集電板と、前記集電板に電気的に接触されるともに、前記筐体の外則へ延長された電極端子を含めて、前記集電板の第1平面領域及び第2平面領域の間には、少なくとも一つの補強部が形成された二次電池が提供される。

Claims (20)
- 第1電極板、第2電極板、及び前記第1電極板と前記第2電極板との間に介在されるセパレーターを含む電極組立体と、
前記第1電極板又は前記第2電極板に接触する第1平面領域、前記第1平面領域の端部から延長され、当該第1平面領域との間で有限の角度を有する第2平面領域、及び前記第1平面領域と前記第2平面領域との間に形成された第1補強部を有する第1集電板と、
前記電極組立体及び前記第1集電板を受容する筐体と、
前記筐体を密封する蓋組立体と、
を含む
ことを特徴とする、二次電池。 - 前記第1補強部の縁は、前記第1集電板の第2平面領域に接触する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 第1電極端子をさらに含み、
前記第1集電板の前記第2平面領域は、前記第1電極端子を結合するために用いる端子孔を有する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第2平面領域の幅W2は、第1平面領域の幅W1より大きく形成する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1補強部の幅W3は、前記第2平面領域の長さL2より小さく形成する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1補強部の長さL3は、前記第1平面領域の長さL1より小さく形成する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1平面領域の幅は、前記第2平面領域の幅より大きく形成する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1補強部の幅は、前記第1平面領域の長さより小さく形成する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1補強部の長さは、前記第2平面領域の長さより小さく形成する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1集電板は、前記第1補強部に対して向き合う位置に形成された第2補強部をさらに含む
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1集電板は、縦軸に沿って対称である
ことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1補強部は、曲面の角を有する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1集電板は、一つの統合材料を含む
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1補強部と前記第2平面領域の間の縁は、曲面である
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記補強部と前記第1平面領域の間の縁は、弧状である
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1補強部は、前記第1平面領域に対して一体に形成される
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1補強部は、前記第2平面領域に対して一体に形成される
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1平面領域及び前記第2平面領域は平らであり、
前記第1平面領域は、前記第2平面領域に対して略直角である
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1補強部は、前記第2平面領域に接触する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1補強部は、前記第1平面領域に接触する
