Abstract
【解決手段】前段減速機構32と後段減速機構34とを備えた減速装置G1において、前記前段減速機構32と後段減速機構34とを連結する連結軸72と、該連結軸72を支持する第2円錐ころ軸受78と、該第2円錐ころ軸受78よりも前段側に設けられた給油口82Aと、当該減速装置G1のケーシング52における前記第2円錐ころ軸受78よりも前段減速機構32側の収容部P1と、該第2円錐ころ軸受78よりも前記後段減速機構34側の収容部P2とを連通する第1、第2連通路96、98と、を備える。

Claims (7)
- 前段減速機構と後段減速機構とを備えた減速装置において、
前記前段減速機構と後段減速機構とを連結する連結軸と、
該連結軸を支持する軸受と、
該軸受よりも前段側または後段側のいずれか一方に設けられた給油口と、
当該減速装置のケーシングにおける前記軸受よりも前段減速機構側の収容部と、該軸受よりも前記後段減速機構側の収容部とを連通する連通路と、
を備えたことを特徴とする減速装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記減速装置が据え付けられるときに、前記前段減速機構と後段減速機構とが、鉛直方向において該前段減速機構と後段減速機構のうちのいずれか一方が上側、他方が下側に位置するように配置される
ことを特徴とする減速装置。 - 請求項1又は2において、
前記連結軸を支持する軸受が一対あって、前記給油口が該一対の軸受の間に配置されている
ことを特徴とする減速装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれかにおいて、
前記給油口として使用可能な貫通孔を複数有し、このうちのいずれかの貫通孔が実際に給油口として使用される
ことを特徴とする減速装置。 - 特定の据え付け態様で据え付け可能な第1の減速装置と、該特定の据え付け態様とは異なる据え付け態様で据え付け可能な第2の減速装置とを有する減速装置のシリーズであって、
前記第1の減速装置と第2の減速装置は、前段減速機構、後段減速機構、前記前段減速機構と後段減速機構とを連結する連結軸、及び該連結軸を支持する軸受をそれぞれ有し、かつ
前記第1の減速装置と第2の減速装置は、給油口として使用可能な共通の貫通孔であって装着される装着部品がそれぞれ異なっている貫通孔を有し、かつ少なくとも第1の減速装置に、当該第1の減速装置のケーシングにおける前記軸受よりも前記前段減速機構側の収容部と、該軸受よりも前記後段減速機構側の収容部とを連通する連通路が形成されている
ことを特徴とする減速装置のシリーズ。 - 請求項5において、
前記装着部品として、オイルゲージ、エアブリーザ、またはオイルゲージ及びエアブリーザを含む給油アッセンブリのいずれかが少なくとも用意される
ことを特徴とする減速装置のシリーズ。 - 請求項5または6において、
前記第1の減速装置が、前記前段減速機構と後段減速機構とが、鉛直方向において該前段減速機構と後段減速機構のうちのいずれか一方が上側、他方が下側に位置するように配置される態様で使用される縦置きの減速装置であり、前記第2の減速装置が、前記前段減速機構と後段減速機構とが水平方向に並んで配置される態様で使用される横置きの減速装置である
ことを特徴とする減速装置のシリーズ。
