Claims (3)
- 内歯歯車と、該内歯歯車に内接噛合する外歯歯車と、該外歯歯車を偏心揺動回転させる偏心体軸と、前記外歯歯車の軸方向負荷側に配置されたフランジ部材と、該フランジ部材に連結されると共に前記外歯歯車に設けられた貫通孔を貫通するピン部材と、該ピン部材に外嵌されたローラ部材と、前記外歯歯車の軸方向反負荷側に配置されたカバー部材と、を備える偏心揺動型の減速装置において、
前記カバー部材に潤滑剤の供給口が設けられ、
該カバー部材と前記ローラ部材との間に、スペーサ部材が配置され、
該スペーサ部材と前記外歯歯車との間には軸方向に隙間があり、
前記カバー部材に、前記外歯歯車の軸方向移動を規制する突出部が設けられ、
該突出部は、周方向に間欠的に設けられる
ことを特徴とする偏心揺動型の減速装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記スペーサ部材と前記カバー部材とが、径方向で当接している
ことを特徴とする偏心揺動型の減速装置。 - 請求項1または2において、
前記外歯歯車は、前記突出部と当接する規制部と、該規制部と径方向に隣接している隣接部と、を備え、
前記規制部の軸方向幅が、前記隣接部の軸方向幅よりも大きい
ことを特徴とする偏心揺動型の減速装置。
