Claims (8)
- 平行軸減速装置と直交軸減速装置とを含む、減速装置のシリーズであって、
前記平行軸減速装置は、モータと、入力軸と出力軸が平行に配置される平行軸減速機と、前記モータと平行軸減速機との間に配置される第1継ユニットと、を備え、
該第1継ユニットは、前記モータのモータケーシングおよび前記平行軸減速機の平行軸減速機ケーシングに連結される継ケーシングと、前記モータのモータ軸および前記平行軸減速機の入力軸に連結される継軸と、を備え、
前記直交軸減速装置は、前記平行軸減速装置と共通の前記モータおよび前記平行軸減速機と、前記平行軸減速装置の前記第1継ユニットと一部または全部が共通の第2継ユニットと、入力軸と出力軸が直交して配置される直交軸減速機と、を備え、かつ、前記モータ、前記第2継ユニット、前記直交軸減速機、前記平行軸減速機の順に連結された構成とされる
ことを特徴とする減速装置のシリーズ。 - 請求項1において、
前記第1継ユニットは、前記継軸を支持する軸受を有し、
当該軸受は、前記直交軸減速装置の前記第2継ユニットに共通して使用され、かつ単独では前記直交軸減速機のスラスト力を受け切れない軸受であり、
前記直交軸減速機の入力軸は、該入力軸の両方向のスラスト力を受け得る軸受で支持されている
ことを特徴とする減速装置のシリーズ。 - 請求項1または2において、
前記第1継ユニットには、前記モータ側と前記平行軸減速機側とを封止するオイルシールが配置され、かつ、
該オイルシールは、前記第2継ユニットにおいて、前記モータ側と前記直交軸減速機側とを封止するオイルシールとして共通して使用される
ことを特徴とする減速装置のシリーズ。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれかにおいて、
前記第1継ユニットは、前記継ケーシングとして、前記モータケーシングと連結されるメイン継ケーシングと、前記平行軸減速機ケーシングと連結される第1サブ継ケーシングを有し、
前記第2継ユニットは、継ケーシングとして、前記モータケーシングと連結される前記第1継ユニットのメイン継ケーシングと共通のメイン継ケーシングと、前記直交軸減速機の直交軸減速機ケーシングと連結される前記第1継ユニットの第1サブ継ケーシングと非共通の第2サブ継ケーシングとを有している
ことを特徴とする減速装置のシリーズ。 - 請求項4において、
前記第1継ユニットおよび第2継ユニットの前記継軸を支持する軸受が、前記第1、第2サブ継ケーシングに配置される
ことを特徴とする減速装置のシリーズ。 - 請求項4または5において、
前記第1継ユニットおよび第2継ユニットの前記継軸上に配置されるオイルシールが、前記第1、第2サブ継ケーシングに配置される
ことを特徴とする減速装置のシリーズ。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれかにおいて、
前記平行軸減速機は、前記入力軸と前記出力軸が同軸に配置される平行軸減速機である
ことを特徴とする減速装置のシリーズ。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれかにおいて、
前記直交軸減速装置における前記直交軸減速機と前記平行軸減速機は、継プレートを介して連結され、
当該継プレートは、前記直交軸減速機の入力軸を支持する軸受の外側に突出する突出部を有し、
前記継プレートと前記平行軸減速機は、前記直交軸減速機側からからねじ込まれたボルトにより固定され、
前記直交軸減速機と前記継プレートは、前記直交軸減速機側からねじ込まれた他のボルトにより固定されると共に、突出部において反直交軸減速機側からねじ込まれたさらに他のボルトによって固定される
ことを特徴とする減速装置のシリーズ。
