Abstract
【解決手段】バスバユニット1は、第1の可溶部2A、2Bが設けられる基板部31と、前記基板部31から延在した第1板部34と、を備えた第1のバスバ3と、第2の可溶部2Cが設けられる基板部41と、前記第1板部34に重ねられる第2板部44と、を備えた第2のバスバ4と、これら板部34、44が互いに重ねられた状態で、これら板部34、44を収容する絶縁性のハウジング部と、を備えている。これら板部34、44のうちいずれか一方には、これら板部34、44が互いに近付く方向Yとこれら板部34、44の重なり方向Zとの双方向に、これら板部34、44が動かぬように固定する固定手段32が設けられている。

Claims (4)
- 第1の可溶部が設けられる基板部と、前記基板部から延在した第1板部と、を備えた第1のバスバと、
第2の可溶部が設けられる基板部と、前記第1板部に重ねられる第2板部と、を備えた第2のバスバと、
これら前記第1板部と前記第2板部とが互いに重ねられた状態で、これら前記第1板部と前記第2板部とを収容する絶縁性のハウジング部と、
を備えたバスバユニットにおいて、
前記第1板部と前記第2板部とのうちいずれか一方には、これら前記第1板部と前記第2板部とが互いに近付く方向とこれら前記第1板部と前記第2板部との重なり方向との双方向に、これら前記第1板部と前記第2板部とが動かぬように固定する固定手段が設けられていることを特徴とするバスバユニット。 - 前記固定手段は、これら前記第1板部と前記第2板部とが互いに近付く方向とこれら前記第1板部と前記第2板部との重なり方向との前記双方向に対して直交する直交方向の端部から立設する立設部と、前記立設部に連なり他方に重ねられる重なり板部と、を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバスバユニット。
- 前記一方から凸に形成され、
前記第1板部と前記第2板部とが重ねられると、
前記他方の前記基板部から離れた端部と相対する位置にリブが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のバスバユニット。 - 前記第1のバスバが、第1の厚みに形成されており、
前記第2のバスバが、前記第1の厚みよりも薄い第2の厚みに形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のうちいずれか一項に記載のバスバユニット。
