Abstract
Description
前記ガス流を、少なくとも1つの金属イオンと配位結合された少なくとも二座の有機化合物を少なくとも1つ含む多孔質有機金属骨格材料含有吸着体と接触させる工程を含み、
この際、前記吸着体にプロパンが負荷され、そして前記ガス流はこれによって高められたプロペン割合を有し、ここで少なくとも二座の有機化合物は、非置換のイミダゾレートであるか、又はハロゲン、C1〜C6アルキル、フェニル、NH2、NH(C1〜C6アルキル)、N(C1〜C6アルキル)2、OH、O−フェニル、及びO−C1〜C6アルキルから成る群から相互に独立して選択される1つ若しくは複数の置換基を有するイミダゾレートである、前記方法によって解決される。

実施例1:本発明による吸着体Zn(II)−2−メチルイミダゾレート(Zn(MIM)2)の電気化学的製造
2−メチルイミダゾール76.1g、メチルトリブチルアンモニウムメチルスルフェート(MTBS)85.8g、メタノール1810g、及び水750.2gから成る電解液を、セルサイクル(Zellkreislauf)に充填する。4.8mS/cmの伝導率が測定される。
黒鉛3質量%を添加して実施例1からの材料を1.9mm×1.9mmのタブレット(表面積1266m2/g)に成形し、0.5〜1mmの破砕体(Splitt)に粉砕した。吸着反応器(直径約2.5cm)に、この材料50gを満たす。試験前に充填物を16時間超、乾燥窒素を用いて130℃で洗浄する。引き続き25℃で純粋なHeを用いて7.5barの圧力を作り出し、そしてこの条件下で、ヘリウム中のプロパン5%とプロペン5%との混合物を反応器に入れる。発生ガスの組成は、オンラインで赤外線スペクトロスコピー(IR)によって観察する。発生ガスについてのIRシグナルの経過(濃度C、%)は、時間t(分)との関数で図1に示されている。まず、2つの成分は表面で吸着され、IRセル中で成分は検出されなくなる。少し時間が経った後、最初にプロペン成分(黒い記号)が現れるが、このことは赤外線セル中のシグナルの上昇によって検出される。しかしながらプロパンはなお少しの時間、さらに吸着され、そしてより遅い時点でようやくブレークスルーする(白い記号)。
比較として反応器に「Molekularsieb 5A」(Carl Roth GmbH + Co. KG社、Schoemperlenstr. 3-5, Karlsruhe,ドイツ)50gを満たす。分子ふるいは事前に、真空乾燥棚で10時間、180℃で予備乾燥させる。この試験は実施例2と同様に行う。その結果が図2に示されており(プロペン:黒い記号、プロパン:白い記号)、ここでCとtは図1と同じ意味を有する。この場合には最初にプロパンがブレークスルーし、プロペンがさらに吸着される一方で、吸着体の完全な飽和後にやっと、プロペンがより遅い時点でブレークスルーする。
Claims (10)
- 少なくともプロペンとプロパンを含むガス流からプロペンを工業的に得るための方法であって、
前記ガス流を、少なくとも1つの金属イオンと配位結合された少なくとも二座の有機化合物を少なくとも1つ含む多孔質有機金属骨格材料含有吸着体と接触させる工程を含み、
この際、前記吸着体にプロパンが負荷され、そして前記ガス流はこれによって高められたプロペン割合を有し、ここで少なくとも二座の有機化合物は、非置換のイミダゾレートであるか、又はハロゲン、C1〜C6アルキル、フェニル、NH2、NH(C1〜C6アルキル)、N(C1〜C6アルキル)2、OH、O−フェニル、及びO−C1〜C6アルキルから成る群から相互に独立して選択される1つ若しくは複数の置換基を有するイミダゾレートである、前記方法。 - 前記ガス流がプロペンとプロパンの体積割合の合計に対して、プロペンを20体積%〜80体積%含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ガス流が、場合により精製された、プロペン製造からの生成物流であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 場合により精製された生成物流が、プロペン製造のためのクラッキング法、プロパン脱水素、オレフィン変換、若しくはメタノール/ジメチルエーテル変換に、又は2つ若しくは2つより多いこれらのプロペン製造流の混合物に由来することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 場合により精製された生成物流が、プロペン製造のためのプロパン脱水素に由来することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記接触後にガス流が、プロペンとプロパンの体積割合の合計に対して80体積%超のプロペン含分を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 以下の条件:
(a)前記接触が、−20℃〜150℃の範囲の温度で行われること、
(b)前記接触が、2bar(絶対圧)〜30bar(絶対圧)の範囲の圧力で行われること、

- 前記イミダゾレートが、1つ又は複数のC1〜C6アルキル置換基を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの金属イオンと配位結合された少なくとも二座の有機化合物を少なくとも1つ含む多孔質有機金属骨格材料を、少なくともプロペンとプロパンを含むガス流から、ガス流のプロパンを減少させることによってプロペンを工業的に得るために用いる使用であって、
この際、少なくとも二座の有機化合物が、非置換のイミダゾレートであるか、又はハロゲン、C1〜C6アルキル、フェニル、NH2、NH(C1〜C6アルキル)、N(C1〜C6アルキル)2、OH、O−フェニル、及びO−C1〜C6アルキルから成る群から相互に独立して選択される1つ若しくは複数の置換基を有するイミダゾレートである、前記使用。
