Abstract
Description
主剤として、下記表1に記載されたような数平均分子量(Mn)を有するメトキシプロパノールに分散した株式会社汎宇社製のエポキシ樹脂とフェノキシ樹脂を使用し、硬化剤として、Bayerのdesmodur BL3272 MPAのポリイソシアネート及びcymel325のメラミン樹脂を混合して使用するか、又はメラミン樹脂を単独で使用し、そして、有機化された層状ナノクレイとして、Southern Clay Products社のClosite 30Bを使用した。配合含量は下記表1に示す通りであり、特に断らない限り、本実施例で各成分の含量単位は重量部を示す。発明例1〜25及び比較例1〜14の樹脂組成物を製造した後、耐食性、耐熱性、溶液安定性、及び加工性を評価した。
□:ゲルが形成された場合
○:部分的に固まる現象が発生した場合
◎:ゲルが形成されていない場合
◎:テープ面積に対して5%以下の剥離
○:テープ面積に対して5〜15%の剥離
□:テープ面積に対して15〜30%の剥離
△:テープ面積に対して30%以上の剥離
×:加工時に鋼板が切れる
◎:500時間以上で赤錆発生
○:300〜500時間の範囲内で赤錆発生
□:100〜300時間の範囲内で赤錆発生、200時間以内で白錆発生
△:100〜300時間の範囲内で赤錆発生、100時間以内で白錆発生
×:100時間未満で赤錆発生、72時間以内で白錆発生
◎:色差(処理前の色差に対して)0.1〜0.3
○:色差(処理前の色差に対して)0.3〜0.6
□:色差(処理前の色差に対して)0.6〜1.0
△:色差(処理前の色差に対して)1.0〜1.5
×:色差(処理前の色差に対して)1.5以上
実施例1の結果に基づき、メトキシプロパノールに分散した株式会社汎宇社製の分子量6,000のエポキシ主剤樹脂100重量部に、硬化剤として、エンドキャップされたブロック化ポリイソシアネート(Bayerのdesmodur BL3272 MPA)とメラミン樹脂が2:1で混合された硬化剤25重量部(Bayerのdesmodur BL3272 MPA)、及び有機化された層状ナノクレイ(Southern Clay Products、30B)3重量部を混合した後、ワックス(Shamrock、フルオロスリップ421)及びシリカ(日産ケミカルスノーテックス、ST−PS−M)を下記表2に記載されたように追加したことを除いては、実施例1と同様の方法で実施し、前記ワックス及びシリカの含量変化による樹脂組成物の物性変化を測定した。
実施例2の発明例28による組成物で樹脂コーティング層を形成する場合、焼付温度及び乾燥塗膜厚さの変化によるコーティング層の物性を評価した。
Claims (8)
- エピクロロヒドリンとビスフェノールAから合成されたエポキシ樹脂、フェノキシ樹脂、又はこれらの混合物である有機溶媒に分散可能な主剤樹脂100重量部を基準として、末端がエンドキャップされたブロック化ポリイソシアネートとメラミン樹脂を重量比2:1〜3:1で含む硬化剤10〜40重量部と、有機化された層状ナノクレイ0.1〜10重量部とを含む、プレコート鋼板用樹脂組成物。
- 前記エポキシ樹脂は、数平均分子量が2,500〜10,000のエポキシ樹脂であり、前記フェノキシ樹脂は、数平均分子量が2,500〜50,000のフェノキシ樹脂である、請求項1に記載のプレコート鋼板用樹脂組成物。
- 前記有機溶媒は、アルコール、ケトン、エーテル、芳香族化合物、脂肪族炭化水素、及びアミンからなる群から選択される1種以上である、請求項1に記載のプレコート鋼板用樹脂組成物。
- 前記有機化された層状ナノクレイは、炭素数14〜20のアミン系クレイ、末端が水酸基(OH−)、ベンジル基(benzyl−)、又はメチル基(methyl−)で置換されたタローアンモニウムクレイ(tallow ammonium clay)、末端がアミン基で置換されたポリオキシメチレンクレイ、又はこれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1に記載のプレコート鋼板用樹脂組成物。
- 前記主剤樹脂の含量を基準として、シリカ20〜40重量部と、ワックス5〜30重量部とをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のプレコート鋼板用樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂組成物で形成された樹脂被膜を含む、プレコート鋼板。
- 前記樹脂被膜は、1〜15μmの乾燥被膜厚さを有するものである、請求項6に記載のプレコート鋼板。
- 前記樹脂被膜は、クロムフリー被膜、物理もしくは化学蒸着されたSiOx層、又はリン酸塩処理層である表面処理層上に形成されたものである、請求項6に記載のプレコート鋼板。
