Claims (4)
- 아연 또는 아연-니켈 합금을 도금하고, 그 상층으로 크로메이트 도포액을 처리한 연료탱크용 수지피복강판을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,최상층으로 에폭시, 우레탄 및 페녹시 수지로부터 선택된 1종의 주제 수지; 상기 주제 수지를 기준으로 입경이 0.1∼3㎛인 테프론계 왁스 2∼10phr; 및상기 주제 수지를 기준으로 입경이 0.5∼5㎛이고, Al, Zn, Mn, Co, Ni, Sn 및 SnO로부터 선택된 1종이상의 판상 금속분말 5∼70phr;로된 수지피복용액을1∼10㎛의 건조피막두께로 도포하고 140∼250℃에서 소부 건조하는 단계;로 이루어지는 프레스 가공성이 개선된 연료탱크용 수지피복강판 제조방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주제 수지로서 수평균분자량이 25,000∼50,000인 수용성 페녹시 수지를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지피복용액에 주제 수지의 함량을 기준으로 멜라민수지 2∼15phr과 콜로이달 실리카 10∼20phr을 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 제1항 내지 제3항의 방법에 의해 제조된 프레스 가공성이 개선된 연료탱크용 수지피복강판
