Description
Claims (16)
- 変動器を備えた無段変速機のための電子コントローラであって、
前記変動器が、第1の変動器レースに結合された回転変動器入力、第2の変動器レースに結合された回転変動器出力、及び一方のレースから他方のレースへ駆動力を伝達するようにレース上で運動し変動器比を段階的に変更するように運動できる少なくとも1つのローラを有し、
前記変動器が、更にレース上に作用する少なくとも1つの液圧アクチュエータ、及び該液圧アクチュエータに少なくとも1つの液圧制御圧力を適用するための液圧構成を有し、前記液圧アクチュエータを介し変動器レース上に作用する正味のトルクがローラを介して変動器のケーシングに伝達され、
前記少なくとも1つの液圧制御圧力が前記液圧アクチュエータにより適用される力を決定し従って反力トルクを決定し、
変速機比が変動器比の関数となるように前記変動器が回転変速機入力と回転変速機出力との間で結合され、
前記電子コントローラが、無段変速機の速度比を測定する工程と;測定された速度比を目標速度比と比較する工程と;比較に基づいて変速機出力トルク要求を決定する工程と;速度比を考慮して、出力トルク要求を制御圧力要求に変換する工程と;補償値を得るために時間に関して制御圧力要求を微分し、補償値を制御圧力要求に適用する工程と;結果としての補償された制御圧力要求を液圧弁構成に出力する工程と;をループ内で実行するようにされることを特徴とする電子コントローラ。 - 前記測定された速度比が変動器比であることを特徴とする請求項1の電子コントローラ。
- 前記測定された変動器比が測定された変速機比に変換されることを特徴とする請求項2の電子コントローラ。
- 前記目標速度比との測定された速度比の比較が一方から他方を差し引くことを含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかの電子コントローラ。
- 前記出力トルク要求の決定が上記比較に基づいて比例積分コントローラにより実行されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかの電子コントローラ。
- 前記補償値が液圧構成の時間遅れに対応する因子を制御圧力要求の微分値に乗じることにより得られることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかの電子コントローラ。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれかの電子コントローラを組み込んだ無段変速機。
- シャント歯車を組み込み、ギヤ中立を提供できることを特徴とする請求項7の無段変速機。
- 前記液圧アクチュエータに制御圧力を出力するように構成された圧力制御弁を含み、圧力制御弁が補償された制御圧力要求を受け取るように構成され、その要求に従って制御圧力を調整するようにされることを特徴とする請求項7又は請求項8の無段変速機。
- 前記圧力制御弁及び液圧アクチュエータを接続する導管が、絞りオリフィスを組み込んでおり、該絞りオリフィスを横切って通過流れにより圧力差が生じることを特徴とする請求項9の無段変速機。
- 前記液圧構成が弁の出力圧力の調整と液圧アクチュエータ内に受け入れられる圧力の変化との間の時間遅れを生じさせる従順性を有することを特徴とする請求項10の無段変速機。
- 変動器を備えた無段変速機を制御する方法であって、
前記変動器が、第1の変動器レースに結合された回転変動器入力、第2の変動器レースに結合された回転変動器出力、及び一方のレースから他方のレースへ駆動力を伝達するようにレース上で運動する少なくとも1つのローラを有し、該少なくとも1つのローラが変動器比を段階的に変更するように運動可能であり、
前記変動器が更に、レース上に作用する少なくとも1つの液圧アクチュエータ、及び少なくとも1つの液圧制御圧力を液圧アクチュエータに適用するための液圧構成を有し、
前記少なくとも1つの液圧アクチュエータを介し変動器レース上に作用する正味のトルクが変動器のケーシングに伝達され、
前記少なくとも1つの液圧制御圧力が液圧アクチュエータにより適用される力を決定し従って反力トルクを決定し、
変速機比が変動器比の関数となるように前記変動器が回転変速機入力と回転変速機出力との間で結合され、
前記方法が、無段変速機の速度比を測定する工程と;測定された速度比を目標速度比と比較する工程と;比較に基づいて変速機出力トルク要求を決定する工程と;速度比を考慮して、出力トルク要求を制御圧力要求に変換する工程と;補償値を得るために時間に関して制御圧力要求を微分し、補償値を制御圧力要求に適用する工程と;結果としての補償された制御圧力要求を液圧弁構成に出力する工程と;をループ内で実行することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記出力トルク要求を決定する工程が比例積分方法により実行されることを特徴とする請求項12の方法。
- 前記速度比を測定する工程が変動器入力及び出力の速度を測定する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項12又は請求項13の方法。
- 実質上添付図面6を参照してここで説明し、図6に示すような無段変速機のための電子コントローラ。
- 実質上添付図面6を参照してここで説明し、図6に示すような無段変速機を制御する方法。
