Abstract
【解決手段】30〜200μmの粒径を有する紙微粉体とデンプンとの混合物である紙ペレット7と、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、及びポリスチレンの混合物である容器リサイクルペレット8と、発泡性ポリプロピレン9と、水10とを押出機11において加熱混合し、発泡体1を形成する。紙ペレット7が50〜65重量%、容器リサイクルペレット8が15〜25重量%、発泡性ポリプロピレン9が10〜30重量%であり、水10がこれら樹脂等に対して10〜20重量%の範囲となるようにする。発泡体1は、気泡のない表皮層3と気泡5のある発泡層4に別れ、表皮層3により機械的強度が高く、断熱性能も高い発泡体となった。

Claims (5)
- 30〜200μmの粒径を有する紙微粉体35〜50重量%と、親水性高分子50〜65重量%との混合物である紙ペレットと、
再生ポリプロピレン樹脂55〜65重量%と、再生ポリエチレン樹脂30〜40重量%と、再生ポリスチレン樹脂1〜5重量%との混合物である再生樹脂と、
発泡性ポリプロピレン樹脂と、
水とを加熱混合し、発泡成形してなる発泡体であって、
前記紙ペレットが50〜65重量%、前記再生樹脂が15〜25重量%、前記発泡性ポリプロピレン樹脂が10〜30重量%であり、
前記水が、前記紙ペレット、再生樹脂及び発泡性ポリプロピレン樹脂に対して10〜20重量%の範囲であることを特徴とする発泡体。 - 前記発泡体は、複数の棒状体の表面同士が密着結合してなり、
前記棒状体は、表面に気泡のない表皮層を有し、前記表皮層が内部の発泡層を被覆しており、
前記表皮層の平均厚さが15〜25μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発泡体。 - 前記表皮層及び前記発泡層は、前記再生ポリプロピレン樹脂及び前記発泡性ポリプロピレン樹脂が、前記再生ポリエチレン樹脂と均一に混合されてなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の発泡体。
- 30〜200μmの粒径の紙微粉体と親水性高分子と水との混合物よりなる紙ペレットと、ポリエチレン樹脂とポリプロピレン樹脂とポリスチレン樹脂との混合物である再生樹脂と、発泡性ポリプロピレン樹脂と水とを押出機に投入し、前記押出機の押出側に設けられたダイから押し出すことにより前記発泡体を製造する方法であって、
前記紙ペレットは、紙微粉体を35〜50重量%、親水性高分子を50〜65重量%含み、
前記再生樹脂は、再生ポリプロピレン樹脂を55〜65重量%、再生ポリエチレンを30〜40重量%、再生ポリスチレン樹脂を1〜5重量%含み、
前記押出機に、前記紙ペレットを50〜65重量%、前記再生樹脂を15〜25重量%、前記発泡性ポリプロピレン樹脂を10〜30重量%、前記水を10〜20重量%の割合で投入し、
押出機において前記紙ペレットと前記再生樹脂と前記発泡性ポリプロピレン樹脂とを加熱混練して高温流動物を形成し、前記高温流動物に対し、前記水を10〜20重量%の割合で加えて発泡させ、前記ダイから外部に押し出すことにより発泡体を成形することを特徴とする発泡体の製造方法。 - 前記ダイから外部に押し出す際に、気泡のない表皮層と、前記表皮層に被覆された発泡層とを形成して棒状体とし、隣接する棒状体同士を溶融状態で密着結合させてなることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の発泡体の製造方法。
