Claims (3)
- 内部に多数の気泡を有する発泡部材において、
前記発泡部材が、20〜40重量%のポリオレフィン系合成樹脂と、平均粒径が30〜100μmの範囲にある40〜60重量%の紙パウダーと、平均粒径が5〜150μmの範囲にある20〜30重量%の親水性合成高分子と、前記合成樹脂と前記紙パウダーと前記親水性合成高分子とを加熱下に混合した110〜170℃の高温溶融物に混入する水とから構成され、
前記紙パウダーが、広葉樹パルプと針葉樹パルプとのうちの少なくとも一方を粉状に粉砕したセルロース主体の粉砕パルプであり、前記親水性合成高分子が、ポリビニルアルコールとポリアクリル酸塩とポリマレイン酸塩とのうちの少なくとも1つであり、
前記水の前記溶融物に対する重量比が、10〜30重量%の範囲にあり、前記水が、前記溶融物の内部において気化することで該溶融物の内部に多数の独立した気泡を形成しつつ、前記溶融物をその単位体積当たり20〜40倍に膨張させ、前記親水性合成高分子が、前記気泡を包被する膜を形成し、
前記発泡部材の燃焼カロリーが、5500〜6000cal/gの範囲、前記発泡部材の比重が、0.025〜0.040g/cm3の範囲にあり、前記発泡部材の熱伝導率が、0.03kcal/m.h.℃であることを特徴とする前記発泡部材。 - 前記発泡部材の帯電電圧が、2.0〜2.4KVの範囲にある請求項1に記載の発泡部材。
- 帯電した前記発泡部材の帯電電圧減衰時間が、1.8〜2.0秒の範囲にある請求項2に記載の発泡部材。
