Abstract
【解決手段】複数のノズル206が穿設されたノズルプレート207と、ノズル206に連通する複数の圧力発生室202及びこれら複数の圧力発生室202が連通するマニホールド205が形成された流路形成基板201と、圧力発生室202に液滴を噴射するための圧力を付与する圧力発生手段209と、を有する複数のヘッド本体200と、ノズル206が露出される露出口301を有し各ヘッド本体200が位置決め固定される固定板300と、を具備し、固定板300に形成された露出口301の縁部がマニホールド205に対向する領域に位置している場合に、固定板300のノズルプレート207側の面に、マニホールド205に対向する露出口301の縁部を窪ませた凹部305を設ける。

Description
かかる本発明では、固定板によってマニホールドに対向する部分のノズルプレートが押圧されることがなくなる。したがって、それに伴って生じるノズルプレートの剥離を防止することができる。
図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係るインクジェット式記録ヘッドを示す分解斜視図であり、図2は、インクジェット式記録ヘッドの組立斜視図であり、図3は、その要部断面図である。
Claims (6)
- 複数のノズルが穿設されたノズルプレートと、前記ノズルに連通する複数の圧力発生室及びこれら複数の圧力発生室が連通するマニホールドが形成された流路形成基板と、前記圧力発生室に液滴を噴射するための圧力を付与する圧力発生手段と、を有する複数のヘッド本体と、前記ノズルが露出される露出口を有し各ヘッド本体が位置決め固定される固定板と、を具備し、
前記固定板に形成された前記露出口の縁部が前記マニホールドに対向する領域に位置しており、
前記固定板の前記ノズルプレート側の面には、前記マニホールドに対向する前記露出口の縁部を窪ませた凹部が設けられていることを特徴とする液体噴射ヘッド。 - 前記ノズルプレートが金属材料で形成されており、
前記凹部が、前記露出口の縁部の前記マニホールドに対向する部分のみに設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液体噴射ヘッド。 - 前記固定板の前記ノズルプレートとは反対側の面には、前記露出口の縁部を面取りした面取り部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の液体噴射ヘッド。
- 前記凹部内には、前記ヘッド本体と前記固定板とを接合するための接着剤が充填されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の液体噴射ヘッド。
- 前記凹部内には、撥水膜が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の液体噴射ヘッド。
- 請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の液体噴射ヘッドを具備することを特徴とする液体噴射装置。
