Abstract
【解決手段】 表面処理済金型10は、金型2と金属層4と炭素膜8を有する。金属層4は、金型2の表面に設けられている。金属層4は、ニッケル、クロム、タングステン及び真鍮から選択される1種又は2種以上を含む。炭素膜8は、金属層4の表面に設けられている。金属層4には炭素が含まれている。金属層4内において、炭素膜8と金属層4の境界面から金属層4の中心までの範囲の炭素の含有量は、金型2と金属層4の境界面から金属層4の中心までの範囲の炭素の含有量よりも多い。

(3)真鍮(銅(Cu)と亜鉛(Zn)の合金)
(4)モリブデン(Mo)
(5)炭素膜形成工程前に結晶化させた無電解ニッケルめっき
夫々の金属層を形成した金型に、実施例1と同じ炭素膜形成工程を行った。但し、上記(5)については、金属層4を形成した後に、金属層4を430℃まで加熱して結晶化させた後に、実施例1と同じ炭素膜形成工程を行った。

Claims (9)
- 表面処理済金型であって、
金型と、
金型の表面に設けられており、ニッケル、クロム、タングステン及び真鍮から選択される1種又は2種以上を含む金属層と、
金属層の表面に設けられている炭素膜と、を有し、
前記金属層には炭素が含まれており、
前記金属層内において、炭素膜と金属層の境界面から金属層の中心までの範囲の炭素の含有量が、金型と金属層の境界面から金属層の中心までの範囲の炭素の含有量よりも多い表面処理済金型。 - 前記炭素膜が、カーボンナノコイル、カーボンナノチューブ及びカーボンナノフィラメントから選択される1種又は2種以上である請求項1に記載の表面処理済金型。
- 前記金属層は、めっき層である請求項1又は2に記載の表面処理済金型。
- 前記めっき層が、ニッケルめっき層である請求項3に記載の表面処理済金型。
- 前記金属層の厚みが、2μm以上、10μm以下である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の表面処理済金型。
- 表面処理済金型の製造方法であって、
金型の表面に、ニッケル、クロム、タングステン及び真鍮から選択される1種又は2種以上を含む非晶質の金属層を形成する金属層形成工程と、
前記金属層を410℃〜510℃で加熱しながら、金属層の表面に炭素膜を形成する炭素膜形成工程と、を有する製造方法。 - 金属層形成工程において、無電解ニッケルめっきを用いて金属層を形成する請求項6に記載の製造方法。
- 炭素膜形成工程では、少なくとも一部の期間において、アセチレンガスとアンモニアの混合ガスを供給する請求項6又は7に記載の製造方法。
- 炭素膜形成工程は、アセチレンガスとアンモニアの混合ガスを供給する第1ステップと、その第1ステップ後に、アンモニアのみを供給する第2ステップと、を有する請求項8に記載の製造方法。
