Description
上記従来技術と本発明の実施の形態との相違点として、従来技術では、JIS SKD61の様な特殊鋼が使用され、金型がアルミニウムの溶湯に溶け出すのを防止する方法としては、溶湯との接触部にセラミックスを蒸着する方法や、ニッケル合金層を溶射形成する方法があるが、本発明の実施の形態では、アルミニウムの溶湯と反応容易な鉄を含有しないCo−Cr−Mo系合金を使用し、大気中高温酸化処理を実施し、試料表面で均一的な酸化皮膜を形成することにより、金型がアルミニウムの溶湯に溶け出すのを有効的に防止することができる。
Claims (3)
- 60〜70重量%のCoと、25〜33重量%のCrと、4〜7重量%のMoと、1重量%未満のNとを有し、残部が不可避的不純物から成る成分組成を有し、大気中で、温度750〜800℃で、0.5〜24時間保持することにより、表面に厚さが300〜400nmの酸化物皮膜が形成されていることを特徴とするアルミニウムダイキャスト金型用合金組成物。
- fccのγ相、hcpのε相、またはそれらの混晶相から成ることを特徴とする請求項1記載のアルミニウムダイキャスト金型用合金組成物。
- 請求項1または2記載のアルミニウムダイキャスト金型用合金組成物の製造方法であって、
60〜70重量%のCoと、25〜33重量%のCrと、4〜7重量%のMoと、1重量%未満のNとを有し、残部が不可避的不純物から成る成分組成を有するCo−Cr−Mo系合金を、大気中で、温度750〜800℃で、0.5〜24時間保持することにより、その表面を酸化させることを特徴とするアルミニウムダイキャスト金型用合金組成物の製造方法。
