Abstract
【解決手段】ハイブリッド自動車がシステム起動され、電動走行優先モードによりエンジンが始動されることなく電動走行により走行しているときに、エンジン水温Twが閾値Twref以上で車速Vが閾値Vref以上であるか加速度αの絶対値が閾値αref以上のときにモータMG1を駆動制御して燃料噴射も点火も行なうことなくエンジンを逆回転方向にモータリングする(S220,S240〜S280)。これにより、燃料噴射弁からの油密漏れによって燃料が漏れていても、その漏れた燃料を吸気系に戻し、エンジンの始動時におけるエミッションが悪化するのを抑制することができ、潤滑オイルによるエンジンの潤滑が行なえる状態とすることができる。

ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1または2記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記始動前制御手段は、前記起動後電動走行中に車両の加速度が前記内燃機関を逆回転方向にモータリングするときに生じる振動や騒音によっても乗員に不快感を与えないようにすることができる加速度として予め定められた所定加速度以上または車両の減速度が前記内燃機関を逆回転方向にモータリングするときに生じる振動や騒音によっても乗員に不快感を与えないようにすることができる減速度として予め定められた所定減速度以下のときに前記内燃機関を逆回転方向にモータリングするよう前記内燃機関と前記モータリング用電動機とを制御する手段である、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つの請求項に記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記始動前制御手段は、前記起動後電動走行中に前記内燃機関を逆回転方向にモータリングするときには500rpm〜2000rpmの範囲内で予め設定された回転数で1秒〜20秒の範囲内で予め設定された時間に亘って前記内燃機関が逆回転方向にモータリングされるよう前記内燃機関と前記モータリング用電動機とを制御する手段である、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つの請求項に記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記始動前制御手段は、前記内燃機関の冷却水の温度が所定温度以上のときには前記内燃機関の逆回転方向のモータリングを行なわない手段である、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つの請求項に記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
外部電源に接続されて前記二次電池を充電可能な充電手段を備える、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つの請求項に記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記内燃機関の出力軸と前記モータリング用電動機の回転軸と車軸に連結された駆動軸との3軸に3つの回転要素が接続された遊星歯車機構を備え、
前記走行用電動機は、前記駆動軸に動力を入出力する発電機としても駆動する電動機であり、
前記モータリング用電動機は、発電機としても駆動する電動機である、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 走行用の動力を出力可能な内燃機関と、前記内燃機関をモータリング可能なモータリング用電動機と、走行用の動力を出力可能な走行用電動機と、前記モータリング用電動機および前記走行用電動機に電力を供給可能な二次電池と、を備えるハイブリッド自動車の制御方法であって、
前記ハイブリッド自動車がシステム起動されてから前記内燃機関を運転することなく前記走行用電動機からの動力により走行している最中に燃料噴射も点火も行なうことなく前記内燃機関を逆回転方向にモータリングするよう前記内燃機関と前記モータリング用電動機とを制御する、
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド自動車の制御方法。
