Abstract

Claims (20)
- 第1集電板、
互いに平行に並べられて、前記第1集電板によって電気的に連結される複数の電極組立体、
スペーサ、及び
前記第1集電板、複数の電極組立体と前記スペーサを収容するように構成された缶を含み、
前記各電極組立体は対向する二つの端部と、前記二つの端部の間に形成される外側面を含み、前記第1集電板は前記電極組立体の前記二つの端部のうちの一つと電気的に連結され、
前記スペーサは隣接した前記複数の電極組立体の間及び/または前記缶の内側面と前記複数の電極組立体のうちの少なくとも一つの間に位置し、
前記スペーサは前記電極組立体のうちの少なくとも一つの外側面と接触する少なくとも一つの非線形部を含むことを特徴とする、二次電池。 - 前記電極組立体は円筒形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記スペーサの少なくとも一つの前記非線形部は、少なくとも一つの前記電極組立体の外側面を収容するように湾曲した曲面部を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記スペーサの前記非線形部の曲率は、少なくとも一つの前記電極組立体の外側面の曲率と実質的に類似することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記スペーサは、複数の第1サブスペーサと複数の第2サブスペーサを含み、
前記各々の第1サブスペーサは、前記二つの隣接した電極組立体の外側面が実質的に嵌合する二つの対向する凹部を含み、
前記各々の第2サブスペーサは、少なくとも一つの前記電極組立体の外側面が嵌合する凹部と、前記缶の内側面と接触する線形部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記各々の第1サブスペーサの前記凹部には少なくとも一つの貫通孔が形成され、
少なくとも一つの前記貫通孔は前記隣接した複数の電極組立体の間に電解液の流動経路を形成することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の二次電池。 - 前記スペーサは前記缶の形状と実質的に類似する形状で構成される一体型構造を有し、前記スペーサは底、上端、及び側部を含み、
前記上端と底は互いに対向し、前記側部は前記上端及び底と実質的に垂直することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 複数の挿入孔が前記上端と底のうちの少なくとも一つに形成され、
前記スペーサは各々の前記挿入孔を通して複数の前記電極組立体を収容するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の二次電池。 - 複数の放熱孔が前記スペーサの側部に形成され、複数の前記電極組立体のうちの少なくとも一つが前記缶の内側面に向かって露出することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記スペーサと缶は実質的に直六面体形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記スペーサと缶は変形した直六面体形状を有し、
前記スペーサの側部は少なくとも一つの湾曲部を有し、
前記缶は前記スペーサの側部に対応する少なくとも一つの湾曲部を有し、
前記スペーサの湾曲部の曲率は前記缶の湾曲部の曲率と実質的に類似することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の二次電池。 - 前記電極組立体は前記缶内部で単一列を形成するように並べられたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極組立体は前記缶内部で複数列を形成するように並べられたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 第2集電板をさらに含み、
前記複数の電極組立体は前記第1及び第2集電板によって電気的に連結され、
前記各電極組立体は対向する二つの端部と、前記二つの端部の間に形成される外側面を含み、前記第1及び第2集電板は前記電極組立体の前記二つの端部に電気的に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記スペーサは合成樹脂材からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 互いに平行に並べられて電気的に連結し、各々は対向する二つの端部と、前記二つの端部の間に形成される外側面を含む複数の電極組立体、
スペーサ、及び
前記複数の電極組立体と前記スペーサを収容するように構成された缶を含み、
前記スペーサは隣接した前記複数の電極組立体の間及び/または前記缶の内側面と前記電極組立体のうちの少なくとも一つの間に位置し、
前記スペーサは前記二つの隣接した電極組立体の外側面が実質的に嵌合する複数の凹部を含むことを特徴とする、二次電池。 - 前記スペーサは互いに分離する複数のサブスペーサを有し、
前記各々のサブスペーサは、前記電極組立体のうちの少なくとも一つの外側面と接触する少なくとも一つの凹部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の二次電池。 - 前記スペーサは前記缶の形状と実質的に類似する形状で構成される一体型構造を有し、
前記スペーサに複数の挿入孔が形成され、
前記スペーサは各々の前記挿入孔を通して複数の前記電極組立体を収容するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の二次電池。 - 前記電極組立体は前記缶内部で単一列を形成するように並べられることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の二次電池。
