Claims (18)
- ケースに収容され、それぞれが第1電極、第2電極および前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間に位置するセパレータを含む複数の電極組立体;および
前記複数の電極組立体の間に設置される平板状の側板を含み、前記側板が前記複数の電極組立体のうちの少なくとも一つに電気的に連結される安全部材を含み、
前記それぞれの電極組立体の前記第1電極および前記第2電極のそれぞれは、第1電極無地部と第2電極無地部を含み、
前記安全部材は、前記安全部材の前記側板の一側終端で突出して前記複数の電極組立体のうちの少なくとも一つの前記第2電極無地部に電気的に連結される接続部を含む、2次電池。 - 前記安全部材は、前記複数の電極組立体のうちの少なくとも一つの前記第2電極に電気的に連結される、請求項1に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第2電極は、金属薄板に塗布された活物質を含み、前記第2電極の前記金属薄板と前記安全部材の前記側板は同一物質からなる、請求項2に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第2電極の前記金属薄板と前記安全部材の前記側板は、銅からなる、請求項3に記載の2次電池。
- 前記それぞれの電極組立体の前記第1電極、前記第2電極および前記セパレータは、巻き取られるかまたは積層され、前記それぞれの電極組立体の最外郭には前記第2電極が位置する、請求項4に記載の2次電池。
- 前記安全部材の前記側板は、前記複数の電極組立体のうち互いに隣接するように位置する電極組立体の間で延長し、
前記接続部は、前記複数の電極組立体のうち互いに隣接するように位置する前記電極組立体のうちの一つの前記第2電極無地部に電気的に連結される第1接続部と、前記複数の電極組立体のうち互いに隣接するように位置する前記電極組立体のうちの前記第1接続部が電気的に連結される前記電極組立体とは異なる電極組立体の前記第2電極無地部に電気的に連結される第2接続部とを含む、請求項1に記載の2次電池。 - 前記第1接続部および前記第2接続部は、前記側板の一側終端の全体部分で延長する、請求項6に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1接続部および前記第2接続部のそれぞれは、前記側板の一側終端の互いに異なる部分でそれぞれ延長し、
前記第1接続部および前記第2接続部は、前記側板の高さ方向に互いに離隔している、請求項6に記載の2次電池。 - 前記接続部の前記第1接続部および前記第2接続部は、連続的に屈曲した形状をし、
前記接続部は、前記第1接続部と前記第2接続部を連結する連結板を含む、請求項6に記載の2次電池。 - 前記複数の電極組立体のうち二つ以上の電極組立体と複数の前記安全部材を含む、請求項6に記載の2次電池。
- 前記安全部材の前記側板は、前記複数の電極組立体のうち互いに隣接する前記電極組立体と向き合う側面を含み、
前記複数の電極組立体のうち互いに隣接する前記電極組立体は、前記側板の前記側面と向き合う平坦面を含み、
前記側板の前記側面は、前記複数の電極組立体のうち互いに隣接する前記電極組立体の平坦面の長さおよび高さと同一な長さと高さを有する、請求項6に記載の2次電池。 - 前記安全部材は、前記側板の前記側面を前記複数の電極組立体のうち互いに隣接する前記電極組立体の前記平坦面から絶縁する絶縁フィルムを含む、請求項11に記載の2次電池。
- 前記複数の電極組立体は、前記複数の電極組立体の第1最外郭と第2最外郭が収容される前記ケースの内部に設置され、
前記複数の電極組立体の前記第1最外郭と前記ケースの第1内側面との間に設置される第1最外郭側板と、前記複数の電極組立体の前記第1最外郭の前記第2電極無地部に電気的に連結される第1最外郭接続部とを含む第1最外郭安全部材、および
前記複数の電極組立体の前記第2最外郭と前記ケースの第2内側面との間に設置される第2最外郭側板と、前記複数の電極組立体の前記第2最外郭の前記第2電極無地部に電気的に連結される第2最外郭接続部とを含む第2最外郭安全部材をさらに含む、請求項6に記載の2次電池。 - 前記第1最外郭側板および前記第2最外郭側板は、銅からなる、請求項13に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1最外郭側板と前記第2最外郭側板のそれぞれは、前記複数の電極組立体の前記第1最外郭および前記第2最外郭のそれぞれと向き合う側面を含む、請求項13に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1最外郭安全部材および前記第2最外郭安全部材のそれぞれは、前記複数の電極組立体の前記第1最外郭および前記第2最外郭のそれぞれから前記第1最外郭側板および前記第2最外郭側板のそれぞれの前記側面を電気的に絶縁する絶縁フィルムを含む、請求項15に記載の2次電池。
- 前記複数の電極組立体の前記第1電極は、前記ケースと電気的に連結され、
前記複数の電極組立体の前記第2電極、前記安全部材、前記第1最外郭安全部材および前記第2最外郭安全部材のそれぞれは、前記ケースと電気的に絶縁された、請求項16に記載の2次電池。 - 第1電極端子、
前記第1電極端子と前記第1電極と電気的に連結される第1集電体、
第2電極端子、および
前記第2電極端子と前記第2電極と電気的に連結される第2集電体をさらに含む、請求項17に記載の2次電池。
