Claims (12)
- 陽極板、陰極板及び陽極板と陰極板との間のセパレータを含み、
前記陽極板または陰極板のいずれか一つ以上から延長された少なくとも一つの電極タップを備える少なくとも二つの電極組立体と、
前記電極タップが通過する少なくとも一つの開口部を含む少なくとも一つの絶縁体を含み、
前記絶縁体は前記電極組立体の一領域を収容する収容部を備え、
前記絶縁体は一表面を含み、
前記各収容部は前記一表面の上に突出された少なくとも一つの側壁を含み、
前記電極組立体が前記収容部に収容された状態において前記収容部は前記電極組立体の側壁の一部のみを収容し、
前記電極組立体の各電極タップは、一端から延長された第1電極タップと、他端から延長された第2電極タップとを含み、
前記絶縁体と電極組立体を収容するバッテリーケースとキャッププレート組立体をさらに含み、
前記キャッププレート組立体は、キャッププレートと各電極組立体の電極リードを含み、前記電極組立体の第2電極タップは対応する電極リードと接触する
ことを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記絶縁体は、第1絶縁体と第2絶縁体からなり、
前記第1絶縁体と前記第2絶縁体は各々別個の構成であって、少なくともいずれか一方は、電極組立体の電極タップを有する端部を収容する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記絶縁体の少なくとも一つの開口部は、第1絶縁体の第1開口部と第2絶縁体の第2開口部を含み、
前記第1電極タップは、前記第1絶縁体の第1開口部を介して延長されて、第2電極タップは第2絶縁体の第2開口部を介して延長される
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1電極タップは第1絶縁体の第1開口部を介して延長されてバッテリーケースと接触し、前記第2電極タップは前記第2絶縁体の第2開口部を介して延長されて前記キャッププレート組立体と接触される
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池。 - 前記キャッププレートは、キャッププレートと電極リードを絶縁するガスケットをさらに含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記キャッププレート組立体は、電極リードコネクタと前記電極リードコネクタに連結される電極リードを含み、
各電極組立体の第2電極タップは前記電極リードコネクタと接触する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記キャッププレート組立体は絶縁板をさらに含む
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の二次電池。 - 前記電極タップは、一端からそれぞれ延長された第1電極タップと第2電極タップとを含み、
前記少なくとも一つの絶縁体が備える少なくとも一つの開口部は、各電極組立体用第1開口部と第2開口部とを含み、前記第1電極タップは第1開口部から延長されて第2電極タップは第2開口部から延長される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記収容部は、対応する二次電池の各バッテリーセルの第1端の外周面の少なくとも一領域を収容する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記収容部は少なくとも一つの開口部を持つ外側壁を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の二次電池。 - 前記収容部は、内部に空間を持つ外側壁を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の二次電池。 - 前記収容部は、絶縁体の表面内の凹み形状で形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
