Claims (4)
- 電池ケース内に極板群と電解液が収容され、電池ケースの一端開口が、電池ケース内が所定以上の圧力になったとき圧力を外部に排出する安全機構を内蔵し、かつ電池ケースに対して絶縁された組立封口板で封口され、極板群の一端から延出された一方の極性のリードが組立封口板に接続され、極板群の他端から延出された他方の極性のリードが電池ケースに接続された二次電池において、組立封口板の電池ケース内に臨む通気孔の少なくとも一部を切り起こし片の形成による開口部にて構成するとともに、切り起こし片の先端を極板群の一端に接して配設された絶縁板に当接させ、かつ他方の極性にあるリードの少なくとも一部は、電池ケースの内底面に沿って延出するとともにその中間部に折り返し部を設けて先端部を電池ケースの底面に接続したことを特徴とする二次電池。
- 切り起こし片にて形成される通気孔を組立封口板の直径方向に対向する両側部に配設し、それらの間の空間に一方の極性のリードを配置し、このリード配設空間の通気孔は打ち抜き形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の二次電池。
- 組立封口板の通気孔を形成している壁面における通気孔の開口縁部若しくは通気孔間に、面剛性を高める凹部又は突部をプレス成形したことを特徴とする請求項2記載の二次電池。
- 組立封口板の外面を形成するキャップの中央部に、平面形状が四角形以上の多角形状の接続突部を突出成形するとともに、多角形の各辺を形成する立ち上がり側壁に排気孔を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の二次電池。
