Claims (9)
- 二次電池において,
正極と負極がセパレータを隔てて位置する電極群をケース内部に設置し,
前記ケースの一側に多重安全バルブが設置され,
前記多重安全バルブは,二次電池の内部圧力上昇に応じて設定された圧力条件で開放される少なくとも一つ以上の内部圧力板と,前記各内部圧力板の間に備えられる空間部,前記最外側の内部圧力板と空間部を隔てて連結設置され,設定された圧力条件で開放されてガスを外部に排出させる最終圧力板を含む多重安全バルブであり,
前記最終圧力板は,前記内部圧力板が開放されることによって電池内部のガスが前記空間部に流入したとき開放されない圧力条件に設定されていることを特徴とする,
二次電池。 - 前記多重安全バルブは,ケースを密閉しながら前記電極群と電気的に連結される端子が備えられたキャップ組立体の一側に設置されることを特徴とする,
請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記多重安全バルブは,二次電池の内部圧力上昇に応じて設定された圧力条件で開放される内部圧力板と,前記各内部圧力板の間に備えられる空間部,前記最外側の内部圧力板と空間部を隔てて連結設置され,
設定された圧力条件で開放されてガスを外部に排出させる最終圧力板を含む二重安全バルブであることを特徴とする,
請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記内部圧力板と最終圧力板は,同一な破断強度を有するように形成されることを特徴とする,
請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記内部圧力板と最終圧力板は,相違した破断強度を有するように形成されることを特徴とする,
請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記多重安全バルブは,内部圧力板から最終圧力板に向かうほど破断強度が増加することを特徴とする,
請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記ケースは角形であることを特徴とする,
請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記ケースは円筒形であることを特徴とする,
請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記二次電池はモーター駆動用であることを特徴とする,
