Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の一実施例による二次電池は角形缶内に円筒状電極組立体を複数個に構成することによって缶の膨れ(swelling)を防止できる。したがって、角形缶の変形を最小化できる。本発明の一実施例による二次電池は正極板、負極板の間に介在するセパレータとともに巻き取られた正極板及び負極板を含む複数の電極組立体と、前記複数の電極組立体を収容する缶と、前記缶を密封するギャップ組立体と、それぞれの電極組立体の前記正極板に連結される正極タブと、及びそれぞれの電極組立体の前記負極板に連結される負極タブを含み、第1複数の正極タブが一方向から見た時第1ラインに沿って整列されており、第1複数の負極タブが前記方向から見た時第2ラインに沿って整列されていることを特徴とする二次電池を開示する。

Claims (24)
- 正極板、負極板の間に介在するセパレータとともに巻き取られた正極板及び負極板を含む複数の電極組立体と、
前記複数の電極組立体を収容する缶と、
前記缶を密封するギャップ組立体と、
それぞれの電極組立体の前記正極板に連結される正極タブと
それぞれの電極組立体の前記負極板に連結される負極タブとを備え、
第1複数の正極タブが一方向から見た時第1ラインに沿って整列されており、
第1複数の負極タブが前記方向から見た時第2ラインに沿って整列されていることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 第2複数の正極タブが前記方向から見た時、第3ラインに沿って整列されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 第2複数の負極タブが前記方向から見た時、第4ラインに沿って整列されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 第3複数の正極タブが前記方向から見た時、第5ラインに沿って整列されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 第3複数の負極タブが前記方向から見た時、第6ラインに沿って整列されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1複数の正極タブは正極連結タブに連結され、前記第1複数の負極タブは負極連結タブに連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1複数の正極タブは第1正極連結タブに連結され、
前記第1複数の負極タブは第1負極連結タブに連結され、
前記第2複数の正極タブは第2正極連結タブに連結され、
前記第2複数の負極タブは第2負極連結タブに連結されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1複数の正極タブは第1正極連結タブに連結され、
前記第1複数の負極タブは第1負極連結タブに連結され、
前記第2複数の正極タブは第2正極連結タブに連結され、
前記第2複数の負極タブは第2負極連結タブに連結され、
前記第3複数の正極タブは第3正極連結タブに連結され、
前記第3複数の負極タブは第3負極連結タブに連結されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1複数の正極タブと前記第2複数の正極タブは第1正極連結タブに連結されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1複数の負極タブと前記第2複数の負極タブは第1負極連結タブに連結されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第3複数の正極タブは第2正極タブに連結され、
前記第3複数の負極タブは第2負極連結タブに連結されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の二次電池。 - 複数の電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収容する缶と、
前記缶を密封するキャップ組立体と、
前記それぞれの電極組立体に連結される正極タブと、
前記それぞれの電極組立体に連結される負極タブと、
前記少なくとも一つの電極組立体と連結され、前記缶の下部に連結されるピンとを備え、
前記複数の正極タブは第1ラインに整列され、
前記複数の負極タブは第2ラインに整列されることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記ピンの底面は缶の底面に溶接されたことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ピンは底領域から延長するブレードを含み、
前記ブレードは前記缶の前記底面に溶接されたことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の二次電池。 - 前記ピンの底領域は外側に折曲され、
前記折曲部は前記缶の底面に溶接されたことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の二次電池。 - 前記ピンの底領域は前記缶の底面に形成された突出部に結合されたことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ピンは内部が中空であり、円柱状であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ピンは前記電極組立体が有する全体高さの90%〜110%の長さを持つように形成されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極組立体は円筒状で、前記ピンは前記円筒状電極組立体の中央に結合されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の二次電池。
- 前記正極タブと前記負極タブは互いに対向する主面を持つように形成されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の二次電池。
- 前記負極タブは前記キャッププレートの上面上に位置する電極端子に電気的に連結されたことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の二次電池。
- 前記正極タブは前記キャッププレートの下面に電気的に連結されたことを特徴とする請求項21に記載の二次電池。
- 前記正極タブは前記缶の内面に電気的に連結されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の二次電池。
- 複数のピンをさらに備え、
前記それぞれのピンは前記電極組立体に結合され、前記それぞれのピンは前記缶の底面に結合されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の二次電池。
