このように構成された電池パックによれば、断熱層および熱抵抗部材によって、発熱体から第2電池モジュールに向けて熱をより伝わり難くすることができる。
Claims (5)
- 第1電池モジュールと、
前記第1電池モジュールの鉛直上側に積層される第2電池モジュールと、
前記第1電池モジュールおよび前記第2電池モジュールの間に設けられ、前記第1電池モジュールおよび前記第2電池モジュールを加熱するための加熱部とを備え、
前記加熱部は、前記第1電池モジュールおよび前記第2電池モジュールの積層方向において、前記第2電池モジュールよりも前記第1電池モジュールに近い位置に配置される発熱体を含み、
前記第2電池モジュールおよび前記加熱部の間に断熱層が設けられるとともに、前記発熱体と前記断熱層の間に不織布あるいは断熱材からなる熱抵抗部材が設けられた、電池パック。 - 前記第2電池モジュールおよび前記加熱部の間に空気層を形成するように、前記第2電池モジュールおよび前記加熱部の間に介挿されるスペーサをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記加熱部は、前記第1電池モジュールおよび前記第2電池モジュールの積層方向が厚み方向となるシート形状を有する、請求項1または2のいずれか1項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記加熱部は、前記第1電池モジュールおよび前記第2電池モジュールの積層方向において、前記発熱体および前記第1電池モジュールの間に配置される熱伝導性フィルムをさらに含む、請求項3に記載の電池パック。
- 前記加熱部は、前記加熱部の周縁に沿って設けられる枠体をさらに含み、
前記第1電池モジュールおよび前記第2電池モジュールは、前記第1電池モジュールおよび前記第2電池モジュールの積層方向において前記枠体を挟持するように設けられる、請求項3または4に記載の電池パック。
