Claims (6)
- バッテリーモジュールであって、
少なくとも一側にヒートシンクが取り付けられるモジュールケースと、
前記モジュールケースの内部に収容され、電気的に相互接続できるように積層される複数のバッテリーセルとを含み、
前記複数のバッテリーセルのうち対面するバッテリーセルの間には、熱伝達を遅らせるための複数の空隙が形成され、
前記対面するバッテリーセルのうち少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルの表面には、隣接するバッテリーセルの表面と点接触して前記複数の空隙を形成する複数の凹凸部が設けられ、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルの表面に備えられ、一面に前記複数の凹凸部を備え、他面が前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルの表面に接触する扁平な面である、一体のシート部材をさらに含み、
前記シート部材は、内部空間を有しない構造である、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記複数の凹凸部は、前記対面するバッテリーセルの表面の全部に備えられる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記複数の凹凸部は、相互対向する構造で配置されて前記複数の空隙を形成する、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記複数のバッテリーセルは、前記モジュールケースの水平方向に沿って積層され、
前記ヒートシンクは、前記複数のバッテリーセルのエッジ部分に対向する前記モジュールケースの上側または下側に取り付けられる、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールと、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールをパッケージングするパックケースとを含む、バッテリーパック。 - 請求項5に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーパックを含む、自動車。
