Claims (11)
- バッテリーモジュールであって、
相互並んで積層される複数個のバッテリーセルと、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルを収容するモジュールケースと、
前記モジュールケースの外側に装着され、前記複数個のバッテリーセルを冷却するためのヒートシンクと、
前記ヒートシンク及び前記複数個のバッテリーセルに接触して配置され、少なくとも部分的に前記モジュールケースを貫通する少なくとも一つの熱伝達パッドと、
を含み、
前記少なくとも一つの熱伝達パッドの一方の面が、前記複数個のバッテリーセルに接触して配置され、
前記熱伝達パッドの前記一方の面には、前記複数個のバッテリーセルをより安定的に接触させると共に、前記複数個のバッテリーセルを支持できるように前記複数個のバッテリーセルの一部分が挿入される複数個のセル挿入孔が形成されることを特徴とするバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記少なくとも一つの熱伝達パッドの他方の面が、前記モジュールケースの外へ突出し、前記ヒートシンクに直接的に接触することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記モジュールケースには、前記少なくとも一つの熱伝達パッドの他方の面における一部が貫通する少なくとも一つのパッド貫通孔が備えられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記モジュールケースが、前記ヒートシンクと所定の間隙を有するように配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記少なくとも一つの熱伝達パッドが、単一部材からなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記少なくとも一つの熱伝達パッドの他方の面には、少なくとも一つの突起が設けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記ヒートシンクは、
前記モジュールケースの下側に備えられ、
前記熱伝達パッドは、一つが備えられ、前記モジュールケースの底部で前記複数個のバッテリーセルと前記ヒートシンクとを連結することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記モジュールケースの両側面に備えられ、
前記熱伝達パッドは、
一対が備えられ、前記モジュールケースの両側面で前記複数個のバッテリーセルと前記ヒートシンクとを連結することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記複数個のバッテリーセルが、パウチ型二次電池として設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールと、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールをパッケージングするパックケースと、
を含むことを特徴とするバッテリーパック。 - 請求項10に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーパックを含むことを特徴とする自動車。
