Abstract
【解決手段】 推定駆動トルク算出部53が算出した駆動トルクに基づいて目標配分トルク算出手段54,56,58が副駆動輪に配分する目標配分トルクを算出し、目標配分トルクが第1閾値以下であり、かつ目標配分トルクの時間増加率が第2閾値以上のときに、クラッチトルク補正部60が目標配分トルクを増加方向に補正する。これにより、動力伝達系のギヤのバックラッシュの急激な消滅とエンジン回転数の変動とにより発生する歯打ち音を、前記動力伝達系に負荷を与えることにより抑制することができ、しかもトルク配分クラッチを速やかに締結して駆動源の駆動トルクを副駆動輪に配分する制御の応答性を高めることができるので、低摩擦係数の路面での車両挙動をアンダーステア傾向からニュートラルステア傾向に改善することができる。

Description
(1) リヤディファレンシャルギヤ16の左側のトルク配分クラッチ40の差回転または右側のトルク配分クラッチの差回転が共に所定値(実施の形態では50rpm)を超えていること
(2) 補正前目標駆動トルクが所定値(実施の形態では5kgfm:第1閾値)以下であること
(3) 補正前目標駆動トルクが立ち上がる速度である単位時間当たりの増加率が所定値(実施の形態では3kgfm:第2閾値)以上であること
上記(1) の条件におけるトルク配分クラッチ40の差回転は、トルク配分クラッチ40の(入力側回転数)−(出力側回転数)で、つまり(入力軸36の回転数)−(リヤドライブシャフト17の回転数)で定義される。
(4) 補正前目標配分トルクが所定値(実施の形態では40kgfm)以上であること
(5) 補正前目標配分トルクの増加率が0以下であること
(6) リヤディファレンシャルギヤ16の左側のトルク配分クラッチ40の差回転または右側のトルク配分クラッチの差回転の少なくとも一方が所定値(実施の形態では50rpm:第3閾値)以下であること
上記(4) の条件を設けた理由は、補正前目標配分トルクが40kgfmを超えれば、補正前目標配分トルクを増加方向に補正しなくても、歯打ち音の低減効果やトルク配分クラッチ40,40の締結応答性の向上効果が得られるからである。また高目標トルク側まで制御の実施範囲を広げた場合、過大なトルクが発生して駆動系のダメージを与える可能性があるからである。

Claims (2)
- 駆動源(E)が出力する駆動トルクが直接伝達される左右の主駆動輪(Wf)と、前記駆動トルクが左右のトルク配分クラッチ(40)を介して伝達される左右の副駆動輪(Wr)とを備え、車両の走行状態に応じて前記左右のトルク配分クラッチ(40)が前記左右の副駆動輪(Wr)に伝達する副駆動輪配分トルクを制御する四輪駆動車両のトルク配分制御装置において、
前記駆動源(E)が出力する駆動トルクを算出する駆動トルク算出手段(53)と、
前記駆動トルクに応じて前記副駆動輪(Wr)に配分する目標配分トルクを算出する目標配分トルク算出手段(54,56,58)と、
前記目標配分トルクが第1閾値以下であり、かつ前記目標配分トルクの時間増加率が第2閾値以上のときに、前記目標配分トルクを増加方向に補正する目標配分トルク補正手段(60)とを備えることを特徴とする四輪駆動車両のトルク配分制御装置。 - 前記目標配分トルク補正手段(60)は、トルク配分クラッチ(40)の入力側回転数から出力側回転数を減算したクラッチ差回転が第3閾値以下の場合に、前記目標配分トルクの増加方向への補正を終了することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の四輪駆動車両のトルク配分制御装置。
