Claims (17)
- 少なくとも1つのオリゴマーのシロキサン成分および少なくとも1つのポリマー成分を少なくとも含む調剤において、
オリゴマーのシロキサン成分が硼酸の存在下で、一般式I
R1−SiR'm(OR)3-m (I)
[式中、R1は、
- 加水分解および縮合の場合、付加的に、一般式II
R2−SiR'n(OR)3-n (II)
[式中、R2は、1〜20個のC原子を有する直鎖状、分枝鎖状または環式の、場合によっては置換されたアルキル基を表わし、R'は、メチルを表わし、基Rは、無関係に水素または1〜6個のC原子を有する直鎖状、分枝鎖状または環式アルキル基を表わし、およびnは、0または1に等しい]で示される少なくとも1つのさらなる有機官能性シランが存在する、請求項1記載の調剤。 - 使用されるシランのアルコキシ官能基1モル当たり水0.001〜5モル以下が使用され、硼酸と共に加水分解反応触媒および縮合成分としてさらなる加水分解反応触媒または縮合触媒は使用されず、反応の際に形成される縮合物は、Si−O−B結合および/またはSi−O−Si結合に基づくものである、請求項1または2記載の調剤。
- 反応の際に使用されるシランのアルコキシ官能基1モル当たり水0.1〜2モルが使用されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の調剤。
- 使用されるシラン1モル当たり硼素0.001〜1モルが使用されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の調剤。
- 反応が0〜200℃の範囲内の温度で実施されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の調剤。
- ポリマー成分がヒドロキシル基含有ポリマーである、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の調剤。
- ヒドロキシル基含有ポリマーがポリエステル、ポリカーボネートポリオールまたはポリエーテルポリオールを含む群から選択されたものである、請求項7記載の調剤。
- ポリエステルが、0〜10mg KOH/gの酸価、3〜200mg KOH/gのヒドロキシル価、−50℃〜+110℃のガラス転移温度(Tg)、直鎖状または分枝鎖状の構造および800〜25000の分子量(Mn)を有する、請求項8記載の調剤。
- 調剤中のポリマー成分の含量が調剤に対して20〜95質量%である、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の調剤。
- 一般式Iのエポキシ官能性シランがグリシジルオキシプロピルトリメトキシシランまたはグリシジルオキシプロピルトリエトキシシランである、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載の調剤。
- 請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の調剤を製造する方法において、少なくとも1つのオリゴマーのシロキサン成分と少なくとも1つのポリマー成分とを混合することを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の調剤を製造する方法。
- 混合を0〜150℃の温度で行なう、請求項12記載の方法。
- 混合を溶剤の存在下で行なう、請求項12または13記載の方法。
- 調製物中の結合剤としての請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の調剤の使用。
- 調製物が金属被覆物である、請求項15記載の使用。
- 請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の調剤を含有する調製物。
