Claims (6)
- 透明シリコンを用いて剥離紙の上面に剥離剤層を形成する工程と;
前記剥離剤層の上面にフッ素コート層を形成する工程と;
その上にシルクスクリーンが施される前記フッ素コート層上面の一部のみにシリコンゴム層を形成する工程と;
前記シリコンゴム層の上面に第1フッ素ポリエステル層を形成する工程と;
インキを使用して前記第1フッ素ポリエステル層の上面に印刷層を形成する工程と;
前記印刷層の上面に第2フッ素ポリエステル層を形成する工程と;
前記第2フッ素ポリエステル層の上面に第1発泡層を部分的に形成する工程と;
前記第1発泡層の上面に第2発泡層を形成する工程と;
得られた構造体の表面全体に白色顔料を用いて白地層を形成する工程と;
機能粉末を散布することで機能層を形成する工程と;
前記白地層の表面全体に熱接着性樹脂層を形成する工程と、からなることを特徴とする機能的3次元発泡タイプ転写紙の製造方法。 - 剥離シートの一部をなし、透明シリコンを用いて前記剥離シートの上面に形成される剥離剤層と;
前記剥離剤層の上面に形成されるフッ素コート層と;
その上にシルクスクリーンが施される前記フッ素コート層上面の一部のみに形成されるシリコンゴム層と;
前記シリコンゴム層の上面に形成される第1フッ素ポリエステル層と;
インキを使用して前記第1フッ素ポリエステル層の上面に形成される印刷層と;
前記印刷層の上面に形成される第2フッ素ポリエステル層と;
前記第2フッ素ポリエステル層の上面に部分的に形成される第1発泡層と;
前記第1発泡層の上面に形成される第2発泡層と;
前記第2発泡層の上面全体に形成される熱接着性樹脂層と;
前記熱接着性樹脂層の下に形成される機能層と、を備えることを特徴とする機能的3次元発泡タイプ転写紙。 - 前記熱接着性樹脂層の下面全体にも白色顔料を用いて白地層がさらに形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の転写紙。
- 前記機能層は機能粉末を散布することで形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の転写紙。
- 前記機能粉末は、翡翠の粉末、木炭の粉末、及び銅の粉末のうちの少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項2乃至4の何れか一項に記載の転写紙。
- 前記機能層はメッシュの形態をなすように金属の薄膜を用いて形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の転写紙。
