Claims (14)
- 第1極集電体と第1極活物質層とを備え,少なくとも一側に第1極無地部が形成された第1極板と,
第2極集電体と第2極活物質層とを備え,少なくとも一側に第2極無地部が形成された第2極板と,
前記第1極板と第2極板とを絶縁させるセパレータと,
前記第1極板と第2極板との一側の第1極無地部に第1極タブ,第2極無地部に第2極タブが固定される電極組立体と,
を備え,
前記第2無地部の前記第2極板の第2極活物質層の末端と,少なくとも1つのセパレータの一面とを接着する絶縁テープを更に含み,
前記絶縁テープは,複合材料テープで形成され,
前記複合材料テープは,
下地をなす有機材料と,
前記有機材料に分散する無機材料と,
を有し,
前記無機材料は,前記複合材料テープの全体重量に対して20%〜80%の含有率であることを特徴とする,リチウム二次電池。 - 前記絶縁テープは,前記第2極集電体の第2極無地部と接触しないセパレータ面に接着することを特徴とする,請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記第1無地部の前記第1極板の第1極活物質層の末端と,セパレータの一面とを接着する絶縁テープをさらに含むことを特徴とする,請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 缶の内部に収容され,正極板,負極板およびセパレータからなる電極組立体と,
電解液が受容されるベアセルと,
前記ベアセルと電気的に連結される保護回路基板と,
前記ベアセルおよび保護回路基板を収納し,上部ケースおよび下部ケースを備える外装ケースと,
前記ベアセルと下部ケースまたは上部ケースの内面との間に接着し,前記ベアセルをケースの内部に固定する接着テープと,
を備え,
前記接着テープは,複合材料テープで形成され,
前記複合材料テープは,
下地をなす有機材料と,
前記有機材料に分散する無機材料と,
を有し,
前記無機材料は,前記複合材料テープの全体重量に対して20%〜80%の含有率であることを特徴とする,リチウム二次電池。 - 前記複合材料テープは,少なくとも一面に接着剤層が形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記有機材料は,PI,PET,PP,PPS,PE,PPEのうち少なくとも1つの材質を含み形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記無機材料は,酸化物,または,窒化物で形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記酸化物は,Al2O3,TiO2,ZrO2,SiO2,MnO2,MgOのうち少なくとも1つの材質を含むことを特徴とする,請求項7に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記窒化物は,Si3N4,BNのうち少なくとも1つの材質を含むことを特徴とする,請求項7に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記無機材料は,球形,または,ウィスカー,または,板形の粒子で形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記無機材料は,球形,または,ウィスカーの直径,または,板形の厚さが複合材料テープの厚さの50%より小さく形成されることを特徴とする,請求項10に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記無機材料は,前記複合材料テープの全体体積に対して20%〜80%の含有率で含まれることを特徴とする,請求項1〜請求項11のいずれか1項に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記無機材料は,前記複合材料テープの全体体積に対して20%〜50%の含有率で含まれることを特徴とする,請求項1〜請求項11のいずれか1項に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記複合材料テープは,5μm〜200μmの厚さで形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1〜請求項13のいずれか1項に記載のリチウム二次電池。
