Claims (15)
- 전극, 전해액 및 분리막을 포함하는 이차전지에 있어서, 상기 분리막은폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌/폴리프로필렌 이중층, 폴리에틸렌/폴리프로필렌/폴리에틸렌 삼중층, 폴리프로필렌/폴리에틸렌/폴리프로필렌 삼중층, 유기섬유필터종이 중에서 선택된 어느 하나로 이루어진 유기층; 및OH기를 포함하는 것으로, 알루미나, 산화티탄, 산화지르코늄, 산화아연, 이산화 규소, 산화마그네슘 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나 이상의 무기물 입자와 포스포네이트, 포스페이트, 포시포닉에시드, 카르복실릭 에시드 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 작용기를 갖는 무기물 개질제가, 상기 무기물 입자들에 포함된 OH기와 상기 무기물 개질제에 함유되어 있는 작용기의 몰비가 5 : 1 내지 10 : 1 이 되도록 상기 무기물 입자 및 상기 무기물 개질제를 포함하는 무기층;을 포함하는 유·무기 복합 분리막인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 무기물 개질제는 페닐 포시포닉 에시드, 메틸 포스포닉에시드, 트리페닐 포스페이트, 디에틸 메틸 포스포네이트, 옥타노익 에시드, 갈릭 에시드, 아미노벤조익 에시드 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 무기층은, 무기물 입자, 무기물 개질제, 용매, 수지를 포함하는 슬러리를 제조하여 상기 유기층의 적어도 일 측 표면에 코팅함으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 무기층은, 무기물 입자와 무기물 개질제를 용매와 먼저 교반하여 무기물 입자를 개질시킨 후, 개질된 무기물 입자와 용매, 수지를 포함하는 슬러리를 제조하여 상기 유기층의 적어도 일측 표면에 코팅함으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 포스포네이트, 포스페이트, 포시포닉에시드, 카르복실릭에시드 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 작용기를 갖는 무기물 개질제를 슬러리 총 중량 대비 1 ~ 20wt% 범위 내에서 포함하고, 알루미나, 산화티탄, 산화지르코늄, 산화아연, 이산화 규소, 산화마그네슘 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나 이상의 무기물 입자 및 용매, 수지를 포함하는 슬러리를 제조하는 단계;폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌/폴리프로필렌 이중층, 폴리에틸렌/폴리프로필렌/폴리에틸렌 삼중층, 폴리프로필렌/폴리에틸렌/폴리프로필렌 삼중층, 유기섬유필터종이 중에서 선택된 어느 하나로 이루어진 유기층의 적어도 일 측 표면에 상기 슬러리를 코팅하여 무기층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 유·무기 복합 분리막 제조단계;를 포함하는 유·무기 복합 분리막을 포함하는 이차전지의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 무기물 개질제는 페닐 포시포닉 에시드, 메틸 포스포닉에시드, 트리페닐 포스페이트, 디에틸 메틸 포스포네이트, 옥타노익 에시드, 갈릭 에시드, 아미노벤조익 에시드 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 유·무기 복합 분리막을 포함하는 이차전지의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 무기물 개질제 및 무기물 입자, 용매, 수지를 포함하는 슬러리를 제조하는 단계는, 상기 무기물 개질제의 작용기와 상기 무기물 입자에 포함된 OH기의 몰비가 1 : 5 내지 1 : 10 이 되도록 무기물 개질제와 무기물 입자를 포함하는 용액을 교반하여 무기물 입자를 먼저 개질 시킨 후, 상기 개질 된 무기물 입자와 용매, 수지를 포함하는 슬러리를 제조하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유·무기 복합 분리막을 포함하는 이차전지의 제조방법.
