Claims (9)
- 負極シート、正極シートおよび分離膜を含む電極組立体を含み、
前記分離膜は、前記電極組立体の最外部に位置し、前記分離膜よりも内側に位置する電極タブが前記負極シートおよび前記正極シートのうちの一つに付着されており、
前記電極タブと前記分離膜の間に位置する金属層は、接着物質を含み、
前記電極タブは、前記負極シートおよび前記正極シートのうちの一つに付着されたタブ本体、および前記電極組立体の一端から延長された突出部を含み、前記突出部は、前記金属層と溶接されている、円筒形二次電池。 - 前記金属層は、前記タブ本体及び前記突出部上に延長され、
前記突出部は、前記突出部上に延長された前記金属層と互いに溶接されて結合し、
前記タブ本体と前記タブ本体上に延長された前記金属層は、前記接着物質により結合されている、請求項1に記載の円筒形二次電池。 - 前記電極タブは、負極タブである、請求項1または2に記載の円筒形二次電池。
- 前記金属層は、棒状の銅箔(copper foil)である、請求項3に記載の円筒形二次電池。
- 前記分離膜の端部で前記電極タブと前記金属層が重なる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の円筒形二次電池。
- 前記金属層は、前記接着物質から形成された接着層により前記電極タブおよび前記分離膜と連結される、請求項5に記載の円筒形二次電池。
- 前記分離膜の終端で前記分離膜の境界部を固定させる絶縁テープをさらに含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の円筒形二次電池。
- 前記絶縁テープと前記金属層は重ならない、請求項7に記載の円筒形二次電池。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の円筒形二次電池を電源として含むデバイス。
