Claims (12)
- 第1電極、第2電極および分離膜を共に巻き取ってジェリーロール形態の電極組立体を製造する段階;
前記電極組立体の最外側エッジ部を覆うようにテープを付着する段階;
前記電極組立体を上部が開放された電池ケースに収納する段階;および
前記電極組立体に付着された前記テープを前記電極組立体から除去する段階を含み、
前記テープは、前記電極組立体に付着された第1部分、および前記第1部分から前記電極組立体の上部方向に延長された第2部分を含み、
前記テープを除去する段階で、前記第2部分を引っ張って前記テープを除去する、二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記テープは、前記電極組立体の高さ方向に沿って延長されて、前記電極組立体の前記最外側エッジ部を覆う、請求項1に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記第1電極は、第1電極集電体、および前記第1電極集電体上に電極活物質が塗布されて形成された第1活物質層を含み、
前記第1電極集電体は、前記電極組立体の外周面に露出される露出部を含む、請求項1または2に記載の二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記テープを除去する段階で、前記テープが除去されるにつれて前記電極組立体が前記電池ケース内で解かれ、前記露出部が前記電池ケースの内壁と接触する、請求項3に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記テープの前記第2部分は、前記電極組立体より上部方向に延長されて露出される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記第2部分は、接着性がない部分である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記第2部分は、接着性のある部分同士が対向するように畳んだ状態である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記テープは、前記第1部分と前記第2部分の間に曲がる部分であるベンディング部を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記ベンディング部は、前記第1部分と前記第2部分それぞれの下側辺に形成される、請求項8に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記テープを除去する段階で、前記第2部分を上部方向に引っ張って前記テープを除去する、請求項9に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記第1部分で、接着性がある部分は前記電極組立体に向かう面に位置し、
前記第2部分で、接着性がある部分は前記電極組立体と対向する面に位置する、請求項8に記載の二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記電池ケースは、円筒形ケースである、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
