Description
(実施の形態)
図1は、本実施の形態1に係る蓄電装置1を示す斜視図である。蓄電装置1は、複数の蓄電セル2と、拘束部材3とを備える。複数の蓄電セル2は、配列方向D1に配列するように設けられている。
負極シート42はセパレータ43およびセパレータ41によって挟み込まれており、負極シート42の未塗布部50は、セパレータ43,41から端面板24側に突出している。そして、未塗布部50は、負極集電板33に溶接されている。
(実施の形態2)
図14などを用いて、本実施の形態2に係る蓄電装置について説明する。本実施の形態2に係る蓄電装置も、上記の実施の形態1に係る蓄電装置1と同様に、複数の蓄電セル2Cを備える。図14は、本実施の形態2に係る蓄電セル2Cを示す分解斜視図である。
(実施の形態3)
図19などを用いて、実施の形態3に係る蓄電セル2Dについて説明する。上記実施の形態1、2においては、巻回型の電極体が採用された例について説明したが、本実施の形態3においては、積層型の電極体を採用した例について説明する。
主面120側において重なり部分150の外周縁部は縁部155,156を含み、主面121側において、重なり部分150の外周縁部は縁部157,158を含む。
(実施の形態4)
図22を用いて、本実施の形態4に係る蓄電セル2Eについて説明する。図22は、本実施の形態4に係る蓄電セル2Eを示す分解斜視図である。
Claims (2)
- 正極シートとセパレータと負極シートとを含む電極体と、
前記電極体を収容する収容ケースと、
前記収容ケース内に収容された電解液と、
前記収容ケース内に設けられ、前記電極体を押圧する押圧部材と、
を備え、
前記電極体は、前記正極シートと前記セパレータと前記負極シートを積層した状態で巻回軸線の周囲を取り囲むように巻回されており、
前記正極シートは、正極金属箔と、前記正極金属箔に形成された正極合材層とを含み、
前記負極シートは、負極金属箔と、前記負極金属箔に形成された負極合材層とを含み、
前記電極体は、前記正極合材層と、前記セパレータと、前記負極合材層との重なり部分を含み、
前記電極体は、
前記電極体の厚さ方向に配列し、平坦面状に形成された第1平坦部分および第2平坦部分と、
前記巻回軸線の延びる方向に配列し、前記正極シートの端辺と前記セパレータの端辺と前記負極シートの端辺とが巻回されることで形成された第1巻回端面および第2巻回端面と、
前記巻回軸線が延びる方向および前記厚さ方向が交差する方向に延びる方向において前記電極体の一端側に位置すると共に、前記第1平坦部分および前記第2平坦部分を接続する第1湾曲部分と、
前記電極体の他端側に位置すると共に、前記第1平坦部分および前記第2平坦部分を接続する第2湾曲部分と、
を含み、
前記押圧部材は、前記重なり部分の外周縁部のうち、前記第1巻回端面と隣り合う部分を押圧する第1押圧部分と、前記第1平坦部分および前記第1湾曲部分の接続部分を押圧する第2押圧部分とを含 み、
前記電極体は、内部に中空部が形成されており、
前記押圧部材は、絶縁材料によって形成されており、
前記押圧部材は、前記中空部内に配置された、 蓄電装置。 - 正極シートとセパレータと負極シートとを含む電極体と、
前記電極体を収容する収容ケースと、
前記収容ケース内に収容された電解液と、
前記収容ケース内に設けられ、前記電極体を押圧する押圧部材と、

前記電極体は、前記正極シートと前記セパレータと前記負極シートを積層した状態で巻回軸線の周囲を取り囲むように巻回されており、
前記正極シートは、正極金属箔と、前記正極金属箔に形成された正極合材層とを含み、
前記負極シートは、負極金属箔と、前記負極金属箔に形成された負極合材層とを含み、
前記電極体は、前記正極合材層と、前記セパレータと、前記負極合材層との重なり部分を含み、
前記電極体は、
前記電極体の厚さ方向に配列し、平坦面状に形成された第1平坦部分および第2平坦部分と、
前記巻回軸線の延びる方向に配列し、前記正極シートの端辺と前記セパレータの端辺と前記負極シートの端辺とが巻回されることで形成された第1巻回端面および第2巻回端面と、
前記巻回軸線が延びる方向および前記厚さ方向が交差する方向に延びる方向において前記電極体の一端側に位置すると共に、前記第1平坦部分および前記第2平坦部分を接続する第1湾曲部分と、
前記電極体の他端側に位置すると共に、前記第1平坦部分および前記第2平坦部分を接続する第2湾曲部分と、
を含み、
前記押圧部材は、前記重なり部分の外周縁部のうち、前記第1巻回端面と隣り合う部分を押圧する第1押圧部分と、前記第1平坦部分および前記第1湾曲部分の接続部分を押圧する第2押圧部分とを含み、
