- バルク材料の形態にある、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の化合物。
- 化学式I
(Rは、未置換もしくはエチルカルボニルオキシ、イソプロピルカルボニルオキシ、t−ブチルカルボニルオキシ、シクロプロピルカルボニルオキシ、シクロブチルカルボニルオキシもしくはシクロヘキシルカルボニルオキシによって置換されたフェニル、C1〜C6アルキル、又はC3〜C10シクロアルキルを表し、X−は生理的適合性を有した、塩酸以外の無機酸の残基である)
を有する化合物の製造方法において、
a)化学式III
を有する化合物を水素化剤で開裂させて、化学式V
を有する化合物を形成する工程と、
b)このように得られた化学式Vの化合物を還元剤で変換して、化学式VI
を有する化合物を与える工程と、
c)前記工程b)で得られた化合物をアシル化剤で変換して、化学式A
(Rは、未置換もしくはエチルカルボニルオキシ、イソプロピルカルボニルオキシ、t−ブチルカルボニルオキシ、シクロプロピルカルボニルオキシ、シクロブチルカルボニルオキシもしくはシクロヘキシルカルボニルオキシによって置換されたフェニル、C1〜C6アルキル、又はC3〜C10シクロアルキルを表す)
を有する化合物を与える工程と、
d)前記工程c)で得られた化合物を、生理的適合性を有した無機酸または有機塩で変換して、化学式I
(Rは、未置換もしくはエチルカルボニルオキシ、イソプロピルカルボニルオキシ、t−ブチルカルボニルオキシ、シクロプロピルカルボニルオキシ、シクロブチルカルボニルオキシもしくはシクロヘキシルカルボニルオキシによって置換されたフェニル、C1〜C6アルキル、又はC3〜C10シクロアルキルを表し、X−は生理的適合性を有した、塩酸以外の無機酸の残基である)
を有する化合物を形成する工程と備える、化合物の製造方法。 - 化学式Iの化合物の製造において、臭化水素酸、リン酸、硫酸、又は硝酸が使用される、請求項7に記載の化合物の製造方法。
- 化学式2
(Rは、未置換もしくはエチルカルボニルオキシ、イソプロピルカルボニルオキシ、t−ブチルカルボニルオキシ、シクロプロピルカルボニルオキシ、シクロブチルカルボニルオキシもしくはシクロヘキシルカルボニルオキシによって置換されたフェニル、C1〜C6アルキル、又はC3〜C10シクロアルキルを表し、X−は生理的適合性を有した、塩酸以外の無機酸の残基である)
を有する化合物の製造方法において、
a)化学式3
を有する化合物を、水素化剤で開裂させて化学式5
を有する化合物を形成する工程と、
b)このように得られた化学式5の化合物を還元剤で変換して、化学式6
を有する化合物を得る工程と、
c)前記工程b)で得られた化合物をアシル化剤で変換して、化学式1
(Rは、未置換もしくはエチルカルボニルオキシ、イソプロピルカルボニルオキシ、t−ブチルカルボニルオキシ、シクロプロピルカルボニルオキシ、シクロブチルカルボニルオキシもしくはシクロヘキシルカルボニルオキシによって置換されたフェニル、C1〜C6アルキル、又はC3〜C10シクロアルキルを表し、X−は生理的適合性を有した、塩酸以外の無機酸の残基である)
を有する化合物を与える工程と、
d)前記工程c)で得られた化合物を、生理的適合性を有した無機酸または有機塩で変換して、以下の化学式2
を有する化合物を形成する工程とを備える、化合物の製造方法。 - 化学式2の化合物の製造において、臭化水素酸、リン酸、硫酸、又は硝酸が使用される、請求項9に記載の化合物の製造方法。
- 前記水素化剤として、メタノールを溶媒とするラネーニッケル/H2を使用する請求項7〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記還元剤として、NaBH4/EtOHを使用する請求項7〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
